Staff is amazing, especially the snack bar and entertainment staff, Dariel is always trying to make sure you’re having fun. The Japanese restaurant is amazing, great show and very good food! The resort overall is clean and well kept. Massage and spa staff were incredible as well!

This is a great place to stay. Cuba has many resorts, and we've found one that stands out as above average, offering a nice and enjoyable experience

Amazing place, staff are great! Our day is full of activities specially with the most wonderful animation people Marialis, Brenda, Kevin & Dariel Apululuuuu🤩🤩🤩🤩 The rooms are clean and the people are very friendly and welcoming to everyone 😀😀😀😀😀😀😀

Excellent place, activities, and staff. We have spent 7 lovely days. The food was way better then we have expected and the rooms are clean. The staff are very friendly and made our days especially Brenda, Kevin, Marialis, and Dariel apululuuuuuu 👏🏻👏🏻😊 For sure we will come again

Very beautiful place and staff, everything was amazing. The animation was excelent!!! Animation apulele😁 Dariel, Brenda, kevin, Marialis, the singers and the dancing staff were really excellent… i will not forget the food was very good, the restaurants, japanese, italian and frensh were A1… will come back yes yes yes!!!!!!🙌 Thank you for the nice souvenirs you left on us!
