My time spending at the hotel was superb. I was there to celebrate NewYear Eve 2025! It was the best time that I had been. The hotel is a very beautiful complex. It is at the end of the Varadero peninsula, so it is quiet enough to my liking. The beach is phenomenal, food is plenty, same as drink…There is no shortage at all. Hot water and air conditioning in individual room is always there. The hostess team are excellent. I would say all Cuban people are so nice, friendly and warmhearted. That is the main reason why I keep coming back to Cuba over and over again. During the day, and night, Entertainment team is the ones that made a huge different. They worked so hard, around the clock. They were always cheerful and friendly and extremely talented. On New Year Eve, the hotel gave us a huge party at the main square. The organizers worked so hard to deliver us an unforgettable events when New Year came. There was a Canada day as well as Cuban Day at one time in the garden or in the main restaurant and the whole atmosphere was at the roof.. Carlos, Claudy , Dariel.. in the entertainment team are honorable mentioned here. They would be the ones I missed the most when my holidays ended, and also one of the reasons I will come back to this hotel in near future. All of you that works nonstop in this resort, I thank you for making beautiful moments in my time spending here! I ll be back!

Just finished 5 days here. It was my third visit and I wasn't disappointed. The staff is super nice, the rooms are clean and comfortable. The food was plentiful and good with lots of variety. The beach is incredible. The pools are clean and the night life is fun. The bars are quick and have lots of known brands. I will definitely come again.

The hotel was great. We stayed at the royal service which came with butter extra service and a pool and bar and restaurant for only royal guest. It was quieter and nicer The pool and bar were very good. We are vegetarian so food was very limited and basic. 3/10 for food 10/10 for service 10/10 for pool 10/10 for activities organised Wish food was better then would have been amazing

To start, the resort is beautiful, and the grounds for the most part are very well maintained. Check in was very easy, and I highly recommend upgrading to royal service, believe me it is worth the extra money for the better food alone. Once you arrive there is a buggy that brings you to the royal aide for check in. You meet your butler, who helps with you with any questions you may have. Your butler will also try to book you at every restaurant at least once the entire trip. Food: The main buffet-it’s okay, but the pasta bar is great. The hilltop- cancel your reservation, it was not very good. Marseilles (French) -very good, the carbonara was amazing and very filling. Italian- amazing, the carbonara was super creamy and filling. Sakura-outstanding, so much food and such an amazing experience The rock house- good. Remember! You don’t go to Cuba for food! But this resort has the best so far! The drinks at the royal service lobby bar and yusmillas drinks at the piano bar are my favourite, always perfect. The rooms are nice, and clean. I’ve heard some people we met say some smell a little damp. But it’s hot and humid there all the time, plus Cuba doesn’t have all the supplies to constantly maintain moisture. So always keep that in mind. They have lots of entertainment, but it also can be very quiet during the day. Perfect for those who love to simply relax. The people here work extremely hard to make sure they provide the best service and experience with the supplies they have. Remember Cuba is suffering a massive shortage and financial crisis, and need all the tourist support they can get! Bring American currency! That’s all they wanted the whole time. also bring toiletries (shower stuff, toothbrushes, tampons/pads and painkillers! Plus little toys for the kids!) all these things are very hard for Cubans to get due to cost and supply. Please be patient, and understanding and make the best out of everything! I overall had an amazing trip:)
