About the Hotel

Venice, comprising 118 small islands, winding canals and arched bridges, is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and an architectural masterpiece. Suffused with beauty, the meandering streets and waterways reveal priceless art, architecture and artisanal crafts at every turn, whether in a church, museum, or during an event on the city’s cultural calendar – including the art biennale and Carnevale. As sumptuous and romantic as the city itself, Aman Venice – set in a 16th-century palazzo on the Grand Canal – is home to museum quality treasures including Tiepolo frescoes, gilded ceilings and centuries-old leather wall coverings.

Home Away from Home

Who knew a hotel could feel like a second home? The staff here treated me like family, always ready with a warm smile and helpful advice. The cozy rooms were spotless and inviting, with little touches that showed they really care about guest comfort. The complimentary breakfast was a delightful surprise - homemade and delicious! I left feeling refreshed and already planning m

One of the worst luxury hotel experiences I have ever had. Only good thing is the location is fine (the small rooftop terrace has some nice views at sun Service terrible Rooms 2 star and badly maintained Restaurant is noisy until late night No amenities to speak for.

A place to stop in Venice

Dining in the ballroom at Aman Venice was truly exceptional. The elegance of the space, with its beautiful chandeliers, set the perfect tone. Service was impeccable—attentive yet unobtrusive, with staff anticipating every need. Each dish was artfully presented and the flavors were excellent. As someone in the industry, I genuinely appreciate the seamless experience they delivered. Highly recommended for an unforgettable evening in Venice. L’olio d’oliva era fantastico.

Luxury Experience in Venice

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 month ago

The restaurant is spectacular. The staff are really welcoming, the rooms are ornate, and the views are beautiful. If you eat in the main restaurant upstairs the rooms are gorgeous (the hotel used to be a palace and you can definitely tell as it still has that vibe). If you eat in the garden overlooking the canal the view is absolutely stunning! Each has a different menu but in both cases the food and presentation are fantastic. The staff are amazing as well! We especially got to know Daniele, Lisa, and Matteo, who were very kind and went the extra mile for us. The concierge was also extremely friendly and helpful. Everyone made sure that anything at all that we needed was taken care of including the luggage, reservations, etc and even a water taxi right from the back of the hotel to the train station when it was time to leave Venice. They did everything possible for us, even though we were staying at a different hotel nearby! We first discovered this place because of its restaurant and it quickly became one of our favorite places. We returned to the restaurant and garden a few times for the great food and because it has some of the best staff in the entire city! Definitely visit Aman, and its restaurant Arva, even if you aren't staying in the hotel. Everything in this place is luxurious. The food is some of the best we had across Italy and the service and atmosphere of the entire place easily put it over the top!

Excellent

I was in Venice for the day with some friends and we decided to go to the Aman. I wasn’t a guest staying overnight and therefore am unable to speak for the rooms, however the experience was amazing. We had drinks at the bar where Antonio looked after us. His professionalism, warm welcome, knowledge of mixology and passion for the Aman was unforgettable. We instantly felt welcome and part of the Aman. Antonio explained all of the cocktails to us and gave us a tour of all the rooms that inspired the drinks. He was very happy to share knowledge about the history of the building and it really made our time special. I look forward to coming back for the exquisite drinks, stunning location and impeccable service!
