Belmond Hotel Cipriani

Visited Venice for the first time and was told we could see it in three days. They were right. But we learned that we wanted far more time at the Cipriani. I would literally go back just to stay here. It is an elegant hotel in every way. The private water shuttle sets the tone. The staff are professional and very, very good. The views from the various restaurants are incredible. I have to point out a dinner we had at Cip's Club was perfect. Do not miss this restaurant. The hotel is a very short boat ride away from the crowds of Venice, but feels like another city it is so peaceful. I cannot wait to return.

Sublime in every way. . .I can't really add much more than that, except to say that breakfast overlooking the lagoon should be savoured so get there early and stay and enjoy it! This place is everything you come to expect from Belmond. Their private water taxi adds an extra touch of sparkle.
