Reviews for Ca' di Dio

Perfect stay!

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 weeks ago

We went to Venice to celebrate our sons 18 birthday and was recommended Ca' Di Dio. When we arrived we were surprised with an upgrade for the weekend. The hotel is very centrally located with easy access to public transportation and cultural sites. All staff are very friendly and genuinely interested in providing you the best experience and service – from housekeeping to restataurant staff and front-desk and concierge. We were truly looked after and felt pampered during the whole stay. The hotel has a beautiful courtyard where you can relax and enjoy refreshments. The breakfast is amazing with all you can desire. The rooms are very nice with amenities to be enjoyed. We will definitely stay here when we return to Venice!

Peaceful retreat in Venice

Our stay in Venice was magic! While we didn’t spend tons of time in the hotel (we were out exploring!) we ate breakfast there every morning—Anna at breakfast took excellent care of us all week! She went above and beyond! She remembered my daily cappuccino, and brought a hot breakfast up to our room so my husband could sleep in. Thank you, Anna 🤩

A solid solid choice.

Very clean & modern. Comfortable through and through. Everything is modern. Not aged. Spaces are wide and spacious — not just the rooms. A very cozy (and big) courtyard. The bar is unique. Location is central (close to Piazza di San Marco) but not too loud. The staff extremely friendly. Especially during the check in & breakfast. Special thanks to Anna in the breakfast area. Gioia & the other two gentlemen in the reception (don’t have their names).

Five star experience in luxurious boutique hotel

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 month ago

Such a delightful, perfect experience. The hotel is right on the main canal but far enough away to be quiet and lovely. The arsenale vaporetto stop is directly out front so it's quite convenient to everything. The rooms are modern but comfortable, with tasteful and interesting decor throughout the hotel - but a far cry from typically "heavy" Venetian decor. I had no issues with the long hallways and thought the white marble cleanliness of it all was very stylish. I chose a junior lagoon suite (I think) and will note that the way the windows are a bit higher, it's hard to get a great view unless you are standing in the room. But the view was great, indeed. I enjoyed their bar and high end restaurant. The bar serves excellent food, too, and made for a comfortable place to rest, solo. The servers were especially friendly. Highly recommend and I will not hesitate to return to this luxurious gem.

A Perfect Hotel in Venice

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 month ago

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ca, Di Dio in Venice. The staff was extraordinarily friendly and helpful, always ready to help with bags or umbrellas in the rain and to answer questions or provide suggestions about the city. The hotel itself is steeped in history. It is beautifully decorated and modern, but has still kept a lot of it charm from centuries prior. Our room itself was outstanding – – roomy and comfortable, very well apportioned, with a delightful adjoining sitting area. The hotel’s location is excellent. We were just a short walk to Saint Marks Basilica, the Doge’s, Palace, and delicious restaurants. It will be our pleasure to stay here again on a return trip to Venice.
