I had a great time at the hotel , weather was fabulous. The staff very accommodating and friendly . Top service all around, I would highly recommend the hotel for design lover and location. Steps (literally) away from san marco but away from the cheap stalls and in front of the best sunset in Venice .

Beautiful, classy and comfortable hotel with exceptional staff, all welcoming, helpful and hospitable. We appreciated the upgrade and our family enjoyed the larger interconnecting rooms. Hotel close to San Marco but quiet. Steps from ferry right in front. Only issue was our room phone did not work properly.

We were in Venice for the holidays and decided to find a hotel for New Year's Eve to watch the fireworks over the Grand Canal. Giada at the front desk answered all our questions over the phone, and even booked us massages for New Year's Day while we finalized our booking online. We were very impressed by our conversation. The location was perfect --- the fireworks barge was directly in front of the hotel. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The massages from Sasha were excellent! She customized our massage with lymph drainage and it was the best massages we had in Italy, and in our top 5 worldwide.

Just checked out from the hotel , we had a fantastic time, 3 days with my family made great by the staff , location and hospitality. Last night was also fun, we had the gale dinner which was great , dj and singer were also very good and created an elegant but fun atmosphere. Thank you ca di dio for a great start of the year! We will be back

I love Venice and have visited the city a few times before, but I had never stayed overnight. This year, I wanted something special, so I booked three nights to truly enjoy the city without rushing. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel so special. The entire team was kind, genuine, and truly welcoming. The concierge team was fabulous, offering fantastic recommendations for beautiful handcrafted souvenirs. The restaurant was to die for, and our suite was absolutely perfect—I only wish we had stayed longer. Ca’ Di Dio, we will definitely be back!
