A true 5-star experience
This hotel truly offers a 5🌟 experience to all guests. Doormen great you through the front entrance only. Side door is serve yourself. The check-in staff is gracious and polite and escorts you to your room. The Sisley spa was a dream! Elena the hostess and the restaurant along with the rest of the staff at breakfast was kind and attentive. But the food was fantastic! The hotel welcomed us with complementary champagne and oranges which was a delight after traveling into Venice. The water taxis can be a bit expensive but the concierge will pre schedule and get the prices ahead of time for you. Our best hotel experience while in Italy!

Beautiful 25th Anniversary celebration
Absolutely amazing! While it is by far a beautiful hotel, the staff are incredible in every way. From the minute our water taxi pulled up to the dock, to registration, to breakfast in the morning, everyone was amazing. We will definitely be back!

Eco-Luxury Done Right
What a delightful discovery! The hotel's commitment to sustainability was evident throughout, from the organic toiletries to the solar panels. Yet luxury wasn't compromised - the rooms were spacious and well-appointed, the common areas were inviting, and the breakfast spread was a gourmet adventure each morning.

Gritti Palace - Must Stay
The Gritti provided the most enjoyable stay. This palace, rich in history, provides a perfect backdrop to this incredible city. A fantastic location coupled with a beautiful interior makes the Gritti a must stay. Terrific staff, beautiful rooms and great food hit all the marks. Can’t wait to come back.

November in Venice
Enjoyed 3 days in the hotel. The staff was always friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was excellent and tasty. The breakfast hostess (gramerly) was delightful and always greeted us with a warm welcome and smile, Our room was beautiful and we felt like royalty. The only draw back is that the gym could use more room and equipment.
