Hotel Londra Palace

This hotel has top notch service, truly went above and beyond (from our wake up call being someone who knocked at the door to helping me mail my postcards back home to booking tours for us; and everything in between). The hotel was also extremely clean and had great bathroom products, I really enjoyed the shampoo and body wash. The cherry on top is that this hotel has a great location! Walkable to everything.

My family and I visited during Christmas Holidays as part of our journey. The stay was excellent. The staff went out of their way to welcome and make us feel at home. The Christmas Eve dinner was a 5-course meal with accompanying drinks. It is a highly recommended place to stay when visiting Venezia.

We have just returned from our second visit to the Londra Palace and had yet another amazing stay. The welcome we received on arrival was so warm and friendly, our room beautifully decorated and comfortable. We honestly cannot recommend this hotel highly enough and all their staff - in reception, at the bar, in the restaurant at breakfast - nothing was ever too much trouble. It is perfectly located a few minutes walk from St Marks square and with super views of the lagoon. On both our visits my husband contacted the hotel in advance asking them to arrange transfers for us from the airport to the hotel, each time was faultless with a driver waiting at the airport, then a private water taxi ready for the short trip by boat to the hotel. We thank you all for your kindness and making our stay so special.

The property is lovely and cared for exquisitely. The staff are personable and very helpful. The cleaning staff is extraordinary. I have no hesitation to recommend the hotel. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed staying here.
