Affectionately known as the "precious pearl" of the Venetian Lagoon, UNA Maison Venezia embraces the deeply romantic, incredibly rich history of the Cannaregio region of Italy. With its esterno (exterior) overlooking the Rio Priuli, and housing just 36 breathtaking guestrooms, UNA Maison Venezia sets the ideal backdrop for an impressively intimate escape. Delight in your stay knowing that the staff shines in dealing with the details; every aspect of your accommodations are attended to with care, from the gleaming glass chandeliers in your room, to a variety of pillows to ensure you drift to sleep on your own personal cloud.

It’s a very tired and dingy hotel. As others have noted, the wireless is nonexistent. And no A/C this time of year just a table fan. Lots of mold in the bathroom and a musty smell throughout. Most unfriendly staff we’ve experienced across Europe. The current 4.5 stars makes me question TripAdvisor rankings in general.

This hotel was so disappointing. Our room was on the ground floor (501) avoid this room if you can. It absolutely stank of sewage. The lobby outside our door has strong fragrant smells to mask the smell. Our bathrooms could do with a brush and bleach on the build up of grub in the shower. We had absolutely no WiFi. When we complained they provided us with a router that equally DID NOT work. Their WiFi is clearly a problem as they had many routers to give to guests. When we complained about the WiFi and the smell we were told there was nothing they could do about it. To top it off our airconditioning wasn’t working or the TV!! Apart from the hotel being a good location and the bed being comfortable everything else was awful. Breakfast was a let down too. I would avoid booking here, you will be very disappointed!

This was our third stay and we were just as happy as previously. The hotel and room were both in keeping with the area but modern and everything lovely and clean. The staff were very helpful on check in and during our stay. One issue raised was dealt with very quickly with no hassle. We love staying here as it feels like a lovely quiet refuge away from the busy areas. Very close to a Main Street and not far from rialto bridge but no noise whatsoever around the hotel.

Fabulous stay at this hotel, ideally located from the boat transfer (just a short walk). Staff were really friendly, breakfast was good and they also put on some daily snacks. On the last day of the stay the river over flowed a little but the staff again were helpful and carries across our suitcases. Our room was a lovely suite which had ample room for a family. The hotel also supplied a crib. Will be back again

Great location in a quiet residential neighborhood, a short walk to shoppes/restaurants. The hotel is clean, staff were friendly, rooms comfortable. Easily accessible via water taxi from airport with dock steps away from the front door.
