NH Collection Venezia Grand Hotel Palazzo dei Dogi

This hotel is absolutely gorgeous! We stayed here 3 nights and enjoyed every minute of our stay. The lobby is beautiful and smells amazing. The staff is extremely accommodating and always welcoming us as we come and go. They help with all of our bags and everything we needed during our stay. The room was large especially for Italy and European hotels. It had a huge closet and large bathroom. The bed was wonderful and comfortable with fluffy down pillows and comforter. There was a welcome treat left for us with some special cookies. The mini bar is well stocked and reasonably priced. The bathroom has a walk in shower, big vanity and mirror and toilet plus bidet. The best feature was the towel heater! Not only does this dry your towels quickly but the warm towel as you step out of the shower is divine! All toiletries are provided including little extras like toothbrushes and shower caps. There was a hair dryer as well. The bathroom was well appointed. There is no detail left out at this hotel. The customer care is exceptionally good. They ensure every detail and comfort is provided. They are always willing to call water taxis and provide recommendations for dining. The lounge and bar are also lovely and they take exceptional care of guests. This will be our go to hotel chain especially this hotel in Venice for the lavish experience. Everything here was wonderful and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

Absolutely stunning hotel. Stayed for a special birthday for 4 nights. Can not recommend enough both the hotel and staff. Breakfast caters for all tastes. Even has an additional small menu for other options. Plus there was always both soya and rice milk out ready which was welcomed. You could even help yourself to prosecco. Nothing is too much for any of them. Night staff were amazing. Even sent me a bottle with a lovely message. We ordered transport to St Mark's Square and we were collected via boat at the rear. The gardens are lovely and im sure are beautiful when all the flowers come out. Theres lots of little areas to discover. Ideal location to explore Venice. We had the most amazing time

The hotel staff were great from arrival to departure, friendly, welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and tidy, with great decoration. We slept well in the large comfortable bed. Breakfast had a lot of choice and was beautifully presented. I would highly recommend this hotel it is in the quieter section of Venice also which helped because the other side was very, very busy with the carnival celebrations.

Magnifique Palazzo à l'écart du bruit et de la foule des touristes. Décoration somptueuse. Nous avions une superbe chambre au premier, grande et confortable. Personnel accueillant et très attentionné. Large choix au buffet du petit déjeuner. Nous n'avons pas eu le temps de tester le bar et le restaurant. Ce sera pour la prochaine fois car nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Eşimle çok güzel bir tatil geçirdik. Muhteşem bir otel, çok yardımcı personelle birleşince keyifli bir 2 gün oldu. Özellikle Taylan bey bize ulaşım ve restoran tavsyesinde yardımcı oldu. Lezzetli yemekler yedik. Çok teşekkur ederiz. Merkeze 25 dakika yürüyüş biraz uzun ama istediğinizde durabileceğiniz birçok kafe ve restoran var. Yürümeye değer.
