A Special Place with Very Special People
The hotel is wonderful - but its the people that make your stay special. Everyone that looks after you at this special hotel makes you feel like a personal guest. Rachele, Irene, Giacomo, Massimiliano - and others on the front desk and Michael (Angelo) and Helen in the bar with their colleagues - and the people that took care of our room each day all played a very kind part in making our Venice experience amazing.

Amazing hotel worth every penny
We loved our stay. All the staff, especially the concierge, was amazing. Everyone genuinely wants to help and want you to have a great stay. The hotel is so close to a vaporetto stop, super convenient. Or it's a lovely 15-min walk to San Marco Square. If we visit Venice again, we would stay in Plazzina Grassi again.

Palazzina Grassi best hotel for a romantic trip to Venice.
The intimate hotel is very conveniently located: close to all the attractions, but not on a street crowded with tourists. Some hotel rooms overlook the Grand Canal. amazing breakfast, cleanliness. For a hotel of this level the price is not at all high.
