An ok stay.
A very nicely decorated hotel, with clean rooms and generally good staff. Unfortunately our room (220) was not very sound proof - you could hear everything the room next door was doing, from their numerous alarms in the morning to conversations they were having and worse! Additionally service at breakfast was varied - on Sunday morning it was perfect, but on Monday morning there were no labels as to what any of the food was, no one came to take our order for a cooked breakfast and there were a lot of people there in their slippers? All in all it was fine, but not a 5* hotel experience and therefore felt quite over priced.

I visited Venice for a birthday celebration last week with family and friends and found the hotel perfect for our needs. Different room options for our party were perfect. The staff are very friendly and helpful and nothing is too much trouble. The hotel is immaculately clean, very well appointed, breakfast had everything you could ever imagine - including Prosecco and a la carte choices. Would highly recommend! And a special mention to the delightful Malia working behind the bar with such enthusiasm for life.

Stunning, old and new blend well
We have stayed for three nights and everything was spot on. The food at breakfast was really creative and delicious. The rooms felt like you were living in the past while living in today’s world. The staff were helpful. Overall, the best hotel I had ever stayed at and definitely recommend to future travellers.

Amazing Venice in an amazing hotel
While every travel to a new place is an adventure, some are unforgettable and this was our experience in Venice where we were lucky to be for NY holidays and our stay in Radisson Collection Palazzo Nani Hotel was just amazing. The truly Venice atmosphere and cheerful and attentive personnel who made our stay outstanding. Thank you very much for being so great in your hospitality!
