Radisson Collection Hotel, Palazzo Nani Venice

AMAZING hotel, newly refurbished, super friendly staff and welcome bubbles, big ample breakfast including a la carte options, fast communication pre-arrival to help arrange everything. Highly recommended hotel for anyone going to Venice

This is a great hotel for its location in the city of Venice. It was made better by being a Radisson Rewards member and getting a room upgrade - we had a great time and really enjoyed the hotel and its location.

after having missed our morning train to Venice - my fault of course! - we arrived at the Radisson several hours delayed in the evening. At the reception we were asked, if we would like to receive an upgrade to our room, which seemed to be more than sufficient anyway: a 46m2 Junior suite, no to the front, but still fair enough. So I was hesitating, expecting an additional payment. But then Mr.Mattia Bonora told us, that he would be able to offer one of his best rooms without any further costs for the the four nights, that we had booked. I could hardly believe, so I asked if we could have a look at the room: we had and it was really overwhelming. We got a suite so beautiful and spacious to the the front side, that all our bad vibrations vanished in a second. The whole stay was a great experience, generous breakfast, Prosecco, sweets and cake at the reception at any time. Absolutely clean, so that our ten month old son could crawl around and enjoy the stay just as we did. Thanks to Mattia and Radisson for this great experience! We will come back for sure!

This is a wonderful hotel in an excellent location. The staff are friendly and accommodating, the rooms are spacious and modern, and there are very few things you can find to complain about if you really want to try. I am a very fussy person when it comes to hotels, their service and their accommodation and I cannot fault this hotel. I am very pleased that I chose to stay there.

The staff and the hotel at the Raddisson Collection Hotel Palazzo Nani in Venice is super fantastic!! The location for 1 is amazing, 5 min walk to the train is easy with bags (you will appreciate when you see hundreds of people lugging their bags thru busy parts of Venice) Also the Vapereto is at the door step for ease and transportation. The Hotel itself is beautiful, amazing bar, common spaces, an amazing breakfast and the rooms are amazing, spacious and beautiful will all amenities! The hotel is simply beautiful the photos don’t do it justice, its incredible The staff really truely make this hotel, from arrival their professionalism and knowledge are amazing and top notch, a true five star, special thanks to Mattia-Conciegre, his recommendations are top notch and please get him to make you a reservation, their knowledge and professionalism is the best I’ve seen in many places, but also their ability to service guests is great! We also want to thank Ana who runs the bar area and breakfast, she is alway accommodating and catering to clients needs to abilities, these two really make this place a best bet for anyone going to Venice !!!!
