I cannot thank the staff enough for a wonderful afternoon tea experience sitting under Ai Weiwei’s White Chandelier. What a treat! We were beautifully looked after and both the quality and quantity of food and drink was outstanding. Great fun to sabre a bottle at the end! This is a stunning hotel in a first class location, with views to die for. 100% recommend… Arrange to arrive by boat on the water side if you can as it’s great fun!

We stayed 3 nights (paid basic room) the week of Thanksgiving to celebrate an upcoming milestone birthday. We were upgraded to a Grand Canal view Suite - the one with the recessed view of the Canal and Santa Maria della Grazie. We are lifetime Titanium members. All and all it was a pleasant stay. I would rank it #2 of the 4 properties we stayed during our 3 weeks in northern Italy (Park Hyatt Milano first while St Regis Firenze last). Room was very well kept. Breakfast was fine. The dinner at Gio - their formal restaurant- was just OK. We used the Euro 50 / day credit provided during our stay. Alberto - one of the concierge - was extremely helpful and genuine kind to our family. Hotel provided complimentary water taxi to Murano glass studio which was a very nice touch. On our way out, they had us in their beautiful wooden water taxi all decked out in Louis Vuitton leather. Would stay again at this property should we were to return to magical Venice.

This hotel location is perfect, close to the Venice center. As luxurious hotel, they give luxurious treatment starting from water lobby, reception and 24 hour hospitality services. They also help me transfers from and to Milan airport, so I perfectly enjoyed my journey.

This was our first time in Venice and we are sure it was made even more dreamy by staying at the St. Regis. We arrived by water bus and walked an easy five minute walk to this non descriptive courtyard and then the world transformed when we walked through the doors of the St. Regis. The bellman, concierge, check in staff were all terrific and so welcoming, like we were visiting their home. The beauty, the different rooms in the lobby, the artwork, just everything was stunning. We were shown to our room and shortly thereafter our bags arrived. The room was a big WOW. We were facing the grand canal and had a magnificent patio, I almost wished Venice was not so enchanting so I could of spent more time in my room. Every thing you could possibly want to have in your room was available, nespresso machine, insta hot water kettle, coziest slippers, robes, water, luxurious bath products, etc…, etc…., etc…. The buffet breakfast was so good, sitting on the grand canal and every type of food you could want for breakfast at your disposal. The staff was attentive, friendly and just added positivity to the experience. The location was perfect, short walk to sites, water taxis, exploring Venice was the best part of our European adventure. We hope to return to Venice one day and I think it would be hard to stay anywhere but the St. Regis.

After 20 years from my first time in Venice I had the pleasure to stay again in this property as St.Regis Hotel. I was upgrade in a very nice room, my breakfast was included. Before my arrival the entire Butler Anastasia, Giulia, Maria Cristina, Francesca staff had been always great in assisting me. Philippe the front office manager was very accommodating as well as his entire team and also the Concierge Staff with great tips At the breakfast Maria, Carlotta, Luca, Sergio made me feel home away from home. Always be at disposal for a smile suggesting what to eat and take and accommodating all request before asking. As I guest I have to say that I could not expect a better service. As guests we have to remember that those people they do their best to accommodate our needs, but we do not have to forget that there are human
