I´d look for a different option.
This hotel is really noisy, next to the Plaza where they have the events. We couldn´t rest till late at night. The music next to the pool was also outrageous and they refused to lower the volume. No coffee for the coffemaker and the bathroom didn´t work properly. I think it´s about 3 stars, not 5 anyway. Other than that, is location is very good.

Excellent hotel
What a place. Very clean , spacious rooms, super comfortable bed and pillows. The toiletries smell gorgeous. Gym, 3 pools, one indoor and heated, great for days with bad weather. The breakfast is simply fantastic. What a choice of quality food. Thank you Yamila for your great service. Sunday lunch buffets are amazing. Because we had booked a room with ocean view, we were able to use the vip roof top bar from 18.00. Free wine and a bite to eat ,admiring the view; thank you Montserrat for you friendly welcome and beautiful service. Excellent location We loved Veracruz, and Emporio hotel

Excellent Service-Excellent Stay
Excellent hotel to stay in the center of the Malecon. Walking distance to some great restaurants and shops. The staff was amazing. Housekeeping impeccable. Jose Manzo was a tremendous support with local knowledge and a wonderful hotel van driver for me and my team traveling back and forth to the shipyard. The other drivers and bell hops were equally as supportive, always helpful and always happy to assist.

All the Staff was very friendly. Specially Rosanna, Miguel, Rodrigo and Omar 😊 Can speak very good English. Food was great. Rooms were very nice and clean. This was my second visit to this hotel. I will definitely stay there in future. Keep it up.

My home away from home
The staff of this hotel go above and beyond anything you could ever expect. The hospitality is on an entirely different level than anywhere else I've ever been. Jose is my main point of contact when I'm down here for work. He checks in and makes sure my coworkers and I are well taken care of and if there is anything at all we need. He'll be at the airport waiting for us when we land, I genuinely can't express how refreshing it is to know how well we will be taken care of when we arrive. This is the level of hospitality and professionalism that this hotel has offered every single time I have been here.
