Clean and comfortable! Easy parking and valet parking as well. Great coffee! Friendly and efficient staff from front desk to housekeeping. Beautiful views of the coastline. Very conveniently located to restaurants and fantastic shopping within walking distance

I would really recommend this hotel with only a couple of exceptions - noise in the dining room was off the charts. Could not hear anything anyone said in my party. Otherwise very good. Would not say this is ideal for families with children. Probably other resorts that are more family friendly. But very good nonetheless. The staff is outstanding, friendly and helpful.

Great hotel. The accommodations and staff are excellent. Everything was first class. Greeted at check in. Check in was efficient. Valet parked the car. Valet was terrific-helped us with luggage, easy to get car for trips. They always open the doors for you. Room was spacious and comfortable. We had a beautiful ocean front room. It was a little noisy on the balcony because we were right next to the pool filter and air conditioners (Room 208). Bed was comfortable. (Minor issue only one side of bed had plugs to charge our numerous electronics). Everything was in great condition-all the furniture. Bathroom was spacious. Shower was roomy and had good water pressure. The rooms must have been renovated because everything is in perfect condition. The rooms have mini fridges and safes. (As is with virtually every hotel they only give you a few hangers. The staff are all friendly and helpful. They provide maid service every day which seems to be a thing of the past since COVID. Haley was our server on the beach. After a day or two she would just bring my wife an ice tea every morning. Never had better beach service. She was always coming by and asking if we needed anything. The beach is a bit narrow which results in all the lounge chairs being close to one another. For the most part everyone was respectful of the limited space. Loved it so much we extended our stay but we did have to move to another room. The staff said we could stay in our room until the new room was ready but we opted to just check our luggage so that they could clean the room for the next guests. Again the valet took care of everything and brought out luggage up to the new room. The location is perfect since you are basically in town near the restaurants and shops in just a few steps. One of the great points is that it is just a walk through the parking lot to Ocean Grill which usually has an hour to two hour wait. I would just walk over and put my name in and come back to the hotel for cocktails.

Nice building, nice restaurant and poolarea, tired reception staff that not even asked if we happy with our stay at check out. Nice staff in pool and restaurants. Came back third time and got a city view room with cars and parking lot outside the balcony. Would be more accurat to sell it as a no view rooom. If you use the hotel websites contactform or e-mail them before arrival nobody will answer so better call them

This was our 3rd visit. Excellent beachside location, with quality facilities. Rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable. Beach/poolside menu and food are very good. Staff are helpful and friendly. Would return again and recommend to others.
