Excellent experience
I had a great experience and stay. Will be back again soon. Genesis was extremely helpful. I really enjoyed it. Nicely done ✅ the service at the front desk was super nice too. 👍👍👍👍 The room mess clean and comfortable the sheets were so soft

The hotel staff is amazing friendly. Check in was a breeze.They are well staffed and always there to help. Rooms are excellent oceanfront.Fine dinning. Night life. Outdoor tiki bar. It's great place n close to restaurants beach is right there. All you need is within walking distance.

Excellent experience
Hotel was great comfortable and staff was excellent. Everything was very clean and check in was a breeze. The hotel is in an excellent location and the beach chairs and umbrellas are such a plus. We did not try the spa but hope to go back soon and will try that then.

A true Oasis
Costa d Este has been our oasis for over 15 years… it’s been a place of relaxation and renewal for us when we need a break from the hectic world…a place for us to celebrate happy times and to find peace in our sorrows. The staff is incredible… respectful, helpful and kind.

Rip off
The bathroom is slightly better than a motel 6. Almost killed ourselves in the bath tub with a stupid and dangerous tub concoction of valves and who knows what. The TV doesn’t work and maintenance came and it still doesn’t work. Drinks & restaurant are over priced
