When Cleanliness Takes a Holiday
It seems cleanliness decided to take a holiday; this bathroom could use a serious refresh. I took it upon myself to clean around the toilet and inside & out of shower. After a long day of traveling and a late check in, i brought to front desk staff and the response I was given was, that’s not our standard. We also left a do not disturb sign on our door that following morning , to return to find housekeeping entering our room, even with tag on door. Overall staff & property lovely, just needs a little more communication in the cleaning dept.

Unfortunately the service was mediocre you should pay more attention to your chefs and wants and needs of your Guests instead of seating someone for dinner at a bistro table in front of a fire door and putting a bread basket next to a lit candle ...my wife caught it .Otherwise it would have caught fire...Terrible service Please do not send me anything else and in the future when a holiday comes make sure you tell you guests that they will be sitting in a box instead of a view at 500.00 a night with no room service .this is why I like facebook

Friendliest Staff!
I truly enjoyed my stay at the hotel and cannot get over how friendly everyone at this hotel is! The concierge and front desk staff, especially Genesis, were pleasurable to chat with and went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our stay. Ordering food and beverages at the pool took a bit of time (perhaps they were understaffed), but they did the best they could.

Wonderful, super relaxing stay with excellent service! Food was excellent and at the turn of every corner we were met with a warm smile and welcoming attitudes. I recommend this resort to all my friends and family. We can't wait to return sometime in the near future!

Beautiful hotel
Pricey but a beautiful hotel and setting in Vero Beach. Great service from all of the employees, and the beach chairs and umbrellas were great to have! Outstanding happy hour at the outdoor bar - food, service, and beverages were awesome! A great weekend stay in Vero Beach!
