Stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. Great location just across the road from Victoria Harbour. Walking distance to Parliament Building and so many popular attractions. Excellent restaurants nearby for seafood lovers and vegetarians alike. Tip: Request a room at higher floor with harbour/city view.

Super location on the inner harbour with convenient undergound parking ($21 a day). The gym is often fairly crowded, but the sauna and steam room are big plusses. The pool is 25m long, so you can do lengths. Rooms are spacious, and many seem to have terraces.

For the price I would not stay here again. Definitely close to downtown, but that it the major advantage. The pool, hot tub were extremely busy because they use it as a private charge facility in addition to the hotel guests. They had classes going on and it was pretty much impossible to enjoy. Rooms ok, but given that it is $400.00 per night for an average room...nah. High season of course in July. Front desk service people ok, but not super friendly...just eh. No welcome or here are some highlights for you to know. Parking staff in front though were very nice.

We booked this hotel through clipper vacations and I would definitely do so again. Pros: perfect location for sightseeing and restaurants. Nice room with a lovely water/city view. Very clean. Staff were helpful. We were able to borrow the hotel umbrellas which was very convenient. Cons: beds are a little more firm that we are used to. Also, there was no early check-in. We got in on the clipper at 10 am and could leave our luggage at the hotel but we did not receive a text that our room was ready until 3:58 pm. Can’t remember the last time we had to wait to 4 pm to get into a hotel room.

We spent a week at the hotel, in a room looking towards the residential neighborhood. Check in was easy. The hotel has a restaurant, lounge with live music Saturday nights, and a nice coffee shop that offers specialty coffee and morning treats, sandwiches and sweets. We really love the hotel, it is very nice and you sure cant beat the location, and the room we had was great. The only complaint I would have to say I had was although you have a fridge in the room there is no microwave. With all the food there is to eat in Victoria you would think the hotel would figure that some people would have leftovers.....instead they upcharge you $10 to bring a microwave to the hotel. My only complaint though. Great stay in a wonderful hotel!

Fantastic staff, great location - what more could you ask for?! The kids loved the cookies and milk they got room serviced in the evenings.
