Magnolia Hotel & Spa

We had a fantastic stay at the Magnolia Hotel & Spa in Victoria, BC! The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. Our corner room was spacious, beautifully appointed, and incredibly comfortable. The amenities were top-notch, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend The Magnolia to anyone visiting Victoria—it's the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and excellent service!

Everything was wonderful…. Impeccably clean, comfortable and classy. Service was above and beyond. Nice touch with the amenities as well. Quality through and through. Restaurant served delicious food. Walking distance to shopping and entertainment. We will be back.

We had a fantastic stay at the Magnolia Hotel, perfect location, gorgeous rooms and all the amenities you could ask for……however it was the front desk team that really stood out for us. It didn’t matter who was on duty, time of day or type of engagement EVERY member of the team was incredibly warm, welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. We travel all over the world for work and pleasure but I can’t remember a time where service and guest experience was so high. We had a small issue during our stay but the entire front desk crew rallied to assist/help out. Bed and bathrooms are perfectly equipped, Dyson Hairdryers and softest robes a lovely addition. Restaurant was lovely too, great breakfast and service. Homemade cider in the lobby was delicious and nice treat after a long day of sightseeing/walking. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else other than the Magnolia in Victoria, and we will be back !

Love the attention to detail and guests that is always provided by the entire team at the Magnolia. It is our choose in hotels when visiting Victoria.

The staff was friendly and efficient; the room was spotless and full of amenities; and the bed was very comfortable. I will definitely stay there again.
