The Stanley and Livingstone Game Reserve

This hotel is very special. I can't recall when last I received service like this especially in a remote area like Vic Falls. The food was exceptional, I can't fault them on anything we ate and my wide is vegetarian and even that was to die for. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to go away to the Falls especially if you looking for a more exclusive and intimate experience.

The most beautiful location with constant animal sightings, staff were unbelievably friendly, the service was outstanding, food absolutely delicious , a place to return to as often as possible, thanks so much for making our stay extraordinary, Deb

Money was stolen from my room, which is absolutely unacceptable in any establishment that claims to offer security. Instead of taking responsibility and offering a solution, the hotel has completely ignored my complaint. Mi experiencia en este hotel fue una completa decepción. Beyond the theft, the hotel demonstrated a complete lack of ethics: they denied me the meals and activities that had already been paid for in advance. Even though my reservation included everything, the staff insisted that I only had breakfast, and I was denied my meal upon arrival, which was entirely their mistake. They also made unauthorized charges to my account, which they only refunded after I confronted them with evidence. Dionne Mutsonziwa, the manager in charge at the time, promised to provide me with a response, but to this day, she has ignored my complaint and has not offered any solution. This boutique hotel has it all Individual accommodation set amongst beautiful gardens abutting their own 4000 hectare conservation park Sitting areas outside overlooking grounds and inside sitting on luxurious suites makes for perfect comfort Restaurant spills out onto a terrace with superb views Food delicious and our waiter’Surprise’ was friendly and capable and added to our dining experience Receiving staff were most welcoming and friendly

This hotel will make your heart sing. Literally from the moment you arrive. Magical grounds, beautiful decor, amazing staff and sublime food. The real gem is the water hole. I was mesmerised. I sat at the gorgeous pool and watched the wildlife and felt so privileged to share time with these amazing animals. It is without doubt a hidden gem. Perfect little oasis.
