Hilton Vienna Plaza

A bit disappointed with my stay. I was accused of smoking in the room and had to explain myself, the manager was however very kind and understanding. The staff is not very professional and the hotel itself is not up there with Hiltons best. Thought I would have got more out of my stay in Vienna. Probably not worth a second visit

Had great Christmas in Vienna vacation experience at the Hilton Vienna Plaza. Staff was superb. Accommodations were excellent. The location was ideal for getting to the downtown areas as well as various classic/famous Christmas makers in Wien. Highly recommend. The value for the money was very high.

The Hilton Vienna Plaza is a very average hotel that you will forget entirely the moment you leave it. Nothing about this place is remotely memorable. The rooms are functional and clean and that is about the very best you can say of them. The breakfast offering in the executive lounge is disgusting.

We have been here five nights. First of all, the entire hotel is beautiful. Not just because it is decorated for Christmas but every area is welcoming. Every department is awesome. As you enter the hotel, Guest Services is ready to serve you...answer questions...give recommendations. Our room was spotless. Every, single day we returned to perfection. Both the main restaurant and the Executive Lounge were inviting and organized. We had several meals with associates in the main restaurant. Your servers were hard working and most capable. We had Mika for at least two meals. The team in the main restaurant worked above and beyond to care for demanding clients. Each of them worked with dedication and professionalism. The Executive Lounge team was also exceptional. I can not forget, our perfect room service experiences. Again, perfection. Each area is a reflection of outstanding leadership. It was a true joy to be a guest here. As you know, people talk and share. We look forward to sharing this joy. Our best to you and your team in 2025.

We had an amazing stay at Hilton Vienna Plaza! The service from the reception, the quality of the rooms and breakfast were simply great! Specially on Sunday, we were welcomed by *Vanessa* with the most generous smile that sparked our day directly! Overall, very pleased by the hotel and highly recommend!
