Perfect location
Beautiful hotel in a great central location. All staff were friendly and helpful and a credit to the Hilton brand. Breakfast was a buffet style and had a great selection of food to choose from - you didn’t come away hungry! I would highly recommend this lovely hotel if you’re planning a trip to Vienna

I was at Hilton with my friends we were at the lounge and we had a very good experience there with Gabriele. She was so nice and made sure we got everything we wanted. She also was working alone and managed to make everyone feel comfortable and satisfied. Very Good Job! Great Hotel in general the rooms were amazing the food was delicious!!

A great concierge service
The Hilton Vienna plaza was great and met all of our needs and expectations Perfectly located and walking distance to key areas of the city. To highlight Mr chang’s advise and customer attention. He allowed us to reserve very good concerts, meals, trains etc Thank you!!

A bit disappointed with my stay. I was accused of smoking in the room and had to explain myself, the manager was however very kind and understanding. The staff is not very professional and the hotel itself is not up there with Hiltons best. Thought I would have got more out of my stay in Vienna. Probably not worth a second visit

Christmas in Vienna
Had great Christmas in Vienna vacation experience at the Hilton Vienna Plaza. Staff was superb. Accommodations were excellent. The location was ideal for getting to the downtown areas as well as various classic/famous Christmas makers in Wien. Highly recommend. The value for the money was very high.
