Hotel Bristol Vienna

It is indeed a great and fabulous hotel with the special charm. Evening turndown service with a lady bringing nice notes and chocolate elevates fairy tale stay experience. We were having charming Opera View and it was great. Breakfast hall is simply the best. Reception young lady originally messed our rates with reservation team. However, their supervisor Jasmine has made extra mile to correct it. Overall, it is a great hotel. Special thanks to italian bellman for a welcoming introduction while checking in the room.

If you are traveling to Vienna, the Hotel Bristol is in the heart of everything. We were only in town for two days, but the location gave us easy walking access to amazing sites and is next door to the Vienna Opera House. The Hotel provides an Amazing exterior view, historical lobby, rooms, elevators, and service that we wanted when booking a historical hotel. It felt almost boutique -ish. As soon as we were dropped off, the staff made a great impression - Doormen and others helped escort us into the lobby and helped with bags, while making us feel very welcome. We loved the historical interior. Room was ready on time and off to see Vienna in minutes. Recommend requesting a street view - given Hotel's corner location and the beautiful opera house next door. So much history everywhere. Room was quaintly decorated with historical furniture and had more accessories and convenience items than one could ask for. Bed may have been most comfortable of our entire trip and the management-hospitality team members (especially Kristina) worked hard to make sure we enjoyed and appreciated our visit. Would definitely visit again and take advantage of their other amenities !

Wonderful hotel. The service is incredible. The room is excellent and the “little extras” are wonderful. They give you fruit, water, and wonderful local chocolates. The Concierges are knowledgeable and extremely helpful. There is class in Vienna and the vibe is extended to the hotel. The internet is an opportunity for improvement. But when are treated as a dignitary the stay is amazing.

My stay at Hotel Bristol in Vienna was a wonderful mix of grandeur and old-world charm. I was immediately transported to a bygone period of grandeur by the hotel's enormous rooms and classic style. Service was fantastic, especially the concierge. The concierge made my stay easy by arranging transportation and offering city tips. The bell boys were fast and friendly, adding to the service's warmth and professionalism. Restaurant workers were also attentive, accommodating dietary requirements. I loved their tasty vegetarian meal, demonstrating the hotel's individualized attention. Breakfast was another highlight, with a variety of fresh and high-quality alternatives for a fantastic start. In the heart of Vienna, among major sights and shopping, the hotel is ideal. The accommodation and bathroom had all the modern conveniences you needed for a beautiful, comfortable stay after exploring. Hotel Bristol combines classic elegance, top-notch service, and modern comfort. If you want the best of Vienna, I recommend it!

Superb genuine five star hotel . Loads of marble and fantastic staff, especially the dining room people, all really friendly and helpful with good sense of humour. Spotlessly clean . Excellent range of food for breakfast. Show cooking included . Free chocolates and a cocktail due to room having no view.
