Really rather lovely
I was just here for a business meeting, but managed to leave my luggage here and work for the afternoon here. The catering for a business breakfast was very good, the public and business spaces are very impressive, but what really sets the place apart was the staff service, which was very evidently driven by a genuine desire to please and (so far as I could see) a respect for staff to make their own decisions on what is best for guests. Really refreshing.

Wonderful stay in the Park Hyatt Vienna
It was a wonderful week in the park Hyatt Vienna. The room was lovely Breakfast was very nice in a beautiful room. The staff could not have been nicer and added to our stay in Vienna. The location of the hotel is very convienient . It made it easy to visit many Viennese spots highlighted .

Highly Recommend!!
Highly Recommend Stayed four nights in October 2024. Location excellent! Room well-appointed (and ceilings were 15-20’ high)! Restaurant breakfast was the best! Bar had a great ambiance and they know how to make proper cocktails here! Service from everyone was friendly, helpful, and attentive. Overall feeling was this is a legitimate five-star hotel. Highly recommend and would stay again!

Hotel Perfection
Absolutely the most amazing hotel we have ever stayed at. The hotel itself is a work of art yet warm and welcoming. Upscale rooms, lovely bath suite with stunning decor. Most memorable for us was the 10* level of service from the moment you enter the hotel. Always cordial, never rushed and you certainly felt that you were a valued guest. Great location in the heart of Vienna.
