Park Hyatt Vienna

The Park Hyatt Vienna was simply fabulous! Everything was top notch. From the door men who took our bags, to the check-in personnel, to the concierge. I'm so sorry I didn't get the name of the concierge who helped me every single morning. This was our first visit to Vienna and every morning he would highlight a map of the city with suggestions on what to see and where to go and drawing out walking paths for my husband and me. He gave us great suggestions and couldn't have been more helpful. The location of the Park Hyatt can't be beat. It's in the heart of the city and walking distance to almost everything you would want to see and do. The breakfast buffet was good but I wouldn't call it fantastic. The buffet at the Hyatt du Louvre in Paris was much better. We also had a service issue on Sunday. For some reason, we just couldn't get served. They wouldn't even look at us. Our coffee didn't arrive until after we had eaten. It was bizzare. But service was great all other mornings so I will just chalk that up to a miss/bad day. If I had to be really, really nitpicky - I would say I didn't like the products in the bathroom. The soaps, shampoos, conditioner were not great. I would have far preferred L'Occitane products. But again, I'm nitpicking. I would stay there again in a heart beat. The rooms are stunning and spacious. The linens, beds, towels were luxurious. The service was excellent. The rooms themselves were over-the-top beautiful.

Gorgeous hotel. Friendly staff. The lovely lady (Anya?) who checked us in was so friendly and warm which was just what we needed after a long day of travel. The location was nice and you were able to walk to everything that we were interested in including the cathedral and some great restaurants. The building is beautiful and historic. We did not check out the dining areas, but they looked look very nice.

Marvelous hotel and convenient location. The hotel is very classic and modern at the same time. Very user friendly and I love all the digital and automatic control in the rooms. Staffs are very helpful. If you want to visit any highly sort after places, they will help you. We truly enjoy our experience at the Cafe Central with the help of the hotel Concierge service.

This hotel is exceptional for a central location in the heart of the old city. Personal service at this hotel was excellent, the staff all went out of their way to anticipate our needs and to make our stay special. The breakfast selection was very good, as were the restaurant and bar.

The best place to stay in Vienna, excellent with kids, location amazing, the restaurant has a great selection for all the family, children's menu excellent. We all enjoyed the stay and was so relaxing. The rooms are spacious and very clean.
