Such a wonderful stay. Staff were amazing. So helpful. Hotel was just beautiful Room was spotless. And had a gorgeous view. Location was perfect for touring Vienna. A stay in the hotel wouldnt be complete without a visit to the loft bar. Highly recommend.

This hotel is great for a short or longer stay. Perfect location, close to the metro station and tramway lines (just across the bridge). Clean rooms, very comfortable beds. Everything you need for your stay. Staff nice and helpful. Tasty breakfast with a wonderful view from the 18th floor.

Lovely hotel and friendly staff, even chapped our door to give my wife a cake for her birthday. Recommend giving the loft bar a visit, lovely cocktails and vibes with great views of the city. Also ideally located for visiting tourist sites as well as trams and underground.

Our stay at SO/ Vienna was amazing. The reception team was super friendly, helpful, thoughtful and efficient, always ready to assist with anything we needed. Our room was spacious and had a stunning view of the city centre. My personal highlight was the bed, which felt like sleeping on a cloud - so cozy and fluffy! Dinner at Das Loft was also special - delicious food with a beautiful ambiance and a 360 panoramic view. With its perfect location, excellent hospitality, and caring staff, SO/ Vienna is the place to be for a truly memorable stay!
