SO/Vienna

Our stay at SO/ Vienna was amazing. The reception team was super friendly, helpful, thoughtful and efficient, always ready to assist with anything we needed. Our room was spacious and had a stunning view of the city centre. My personal highlight was the bed, which felt like sleeping on a cloud - so cozy and fluffy! Dinner at Das Loft was also special - delicious food with a beautiful ambiance and a 360 panoramic view. With its perfect location, excellent hospitality, and caring staff, SO/ Vienna is the place to be for a truly memorable stay!

Our experience was great overall. The room was spacious and with a great view of Stephan's Dome. The spa was very relaxing and not too packed. The food and views from the restaurant were also amazing and the service was on point. Highly recommend staying here.

This hotel is in a perfect location, walking distance to all of the main attractions, close to the train station! The rooftop bar is a must, we had breakfast every day and at night time the views! The staff are very friendly and there are a lot of great restaurants around! Especially the steak house which is accessed through a door from reception!

The room is spacious, all-white design, bright and clean, and the bed is comfortable and spacious. However, there are some minor flaws in the bathroom. The sliding door is stuck and cannot be fully closed. The drain cover of the bathtub is stuck and water leaks easily in the shower. Breakfast is served in the top-floor restaurant, which offers stunning views of the city.

This hotel is lovely Great location to get around and see the sites of Vienna , central location Lovely large room and bathroom Very clean and tidy Excellent check in and check out Taxis outside the hotel if needed. Nice bar area upstairs Nice view from our room Great view for breakfast , nice buffet breakfast . Would highly recommend Great restaurants and bars near by As it was Easter , received a small Easter chocolate . Book early if you would like a drink in the evening, as it gets very full, however as we were hotel guests , they found us a table .
