This resort was amazing. Clean and calm. Wonderful beaches and you can go snorkeling. Lots of beautiful fish to see! Staff is the best. Always making sure you're happy and having a good time. Very polite. Room was super nice, comfortable bed and pillows.

It was our 4th stay at Mélia Buenavista, best place for snorkling and relaxing. Food was ok. People were great like always, Daymi, Armando, Lester, Levon, Pedro, Andre, Laidi, Yanni, Anaïs, Alien.... They work hard to keep the place clean and pleasant to walk around.

This was an incredible trip! The resort is beautiful, well kept and clean. The views are amazingly beautiful. Three beaches with all their own individual beauty. The food was excellent and a la cart. We were always satisfied and enjoyed the personal butler service and incredible wait staff. The chef was a true chef with incredible culinary skills, didn’t matter what was on the menu from beef to lamb, chicken, seafood and lobster, it was always amazing. All the staff from the cleaners to the entertainment were incredible, friendly and became family to us. Our butlers were extraordinary and stopped at nothing to accommodate us. They planned my birthday with decorations and champagne in the room to a unique romantic lobster dinner in private setting by the pool . Ya I and Oro our butlers wet fabulous and we consider them family forever!!!! Anderson Cole , what can we say about him??? A true gentleman and a beautiful soul!! He leads the entertainment and he had us doing yoga by the beach, aqua fit, dance lessons, he never tires and works so hard to satisfy all of our needs and make us happy. His smile is warm and brightens our day. The lady at the bar Anaise, is a sweetheart the makes the best coffee and drinks always with a warm welcome and a smile. The spa is tranquil and inviting and I had the best couples relaxation massage that I’ve ever had! Highly recommend. The lady at the spa “Leidy” was so nice and always welcoming . All the waiter and bartenders were amazing too many to name, but Manuel became our brother and introduced us to Canchanchara!!!! Best trip ever! Thank you , we love all of you!!!!

Spectacular resort! Excellent service, staff very friendly and will do the extra steps to ensure your wellness. Pool and beach staff so nice and funny, made me feel like part of their family. Clean resort, beautiful flowers, Spa was amazing and massage was a dream. WONDERFUL Animation!! I WILL BE BACK!!❤🙏

Great stop and we would definitely go again. The staff are like family and so friendly and helpful. For individuals who cannot walk long distances , everything was close. I have never been so satisfied
