Hotel Le Germain Quebec

Enjoyable hotel, good location to explore the old Quebec City. St.Germain offers paid parking which is hard to come by in the old city. Location is at the bottom of chateau Frontenac, a bit of a climb but manageable, lots of restaurant options close by, antique stores, art galleries and easy access to the main road out if you want to visit strom spa, visit ile d’orleans, etc. depends on what you need regarding parking, accessibility should be considered, if you do it’s a very pleasant hotel, nice service, good location.

The reception was excellent, and the Room was exquisite. The pillows and bed were the fluffiest I have ever had sleeping on a cloud. The atmosphere is Romanesque and friendly throughout the hotel. I highly recommend this Hotel, one of the best in Quebec City on all fronts, location, service, etc. Anne was most helpful and accommodating in our early arrival.

The hotel and staff were wonderful. Theo and Alberto were a pleasure. They went above and beyond to provide great service to my family, and I would highly recommend them. The rooms, lobby, and atmosphere were also great. The location is also great since there are many great restaurants and attractions to head to.

This hotel anticipated all our needs down to the details and more. Lots of little surprises every day. From making your bed to turning down your bed & blinds leaving chocolates and water on ice for your evening return. Somehow they did all this without us ever seeing a cleaner in the building. Their beds and pillows were great, room temperature was great.... They also have a partnership with Nespresso so you get a wonderful morning coffee experience in your room. On our final night (Christmas Eve) we returned to our room with a gift bag with Nespresso products as a gift! We are HUGW Nespresso fans so that was a bonus!

This is an excellent hotel. A great location and a fabulous staff. Everyone was thoughtful, kind and helpful. They made excellent recommendations for restaurants and made reservations for us. This is one of the best hotels I've stayed in anywhere.
