Weekend getaway
We went on a weekend getaway, it's was pleasure staying in the Resort. Rooms were clean, staff super nice and helpfull, we got all our questions answered at the reception. There was a tiny bit of adventure finding the gym at first, but all in all we liked the stay.

Honestly didn't expect - was really nice, cozy, rooms already too old, but still new spa zone, little bit too crowdy

Great place to come and relax
Vilnius Grand Resort is a great place for a nice and relaxing stay. There's plenty of relaxing treatments and activities to do, like spa, massages, various sauna's, pools with massage options. The staff is extremely polite and helpful. It left us really impressed!

Wonderful
I would like to thank you for the wonderful accommodation. Our family loved a lot to stay in your hotel. The reception lady was very nice, welcoming, and understanding. Breakfast was brilliant; very big choice of various meals. Our family had a relaxing time at the wellness centre. But for the service, I will leave only 4 of 5 points due to the restaurant Le Paysage and the restaurant in the SPA centre "Sunrice." Bad service and waiters arrogant and disrespectful attitude. The "Sunrice" waiter at the SPA centre appeared bored and unhappy while taking orders. We sensed that we weren't supposed to be waiting here. The restaurant Le Paysage also had the same vibe. The service could be much better, and there is room for improvement. We felt redundant. These restaurants with the staff ruin all the wonderful impressions.
