The resort was amazing! Beautiful nature and people made the stay 5 star! We enjoyed some Tet celebrations and a lovely welcome drink and snack upon arrival. The gardens were beautiful and the activities made the days fun! The room was beautiful and we enjoyed using the patio in our garden suite.

My stay at An Lam Retreats was absolutely incredible! The accommodation is unique and impeccably clean, with regular maintenance to ensure everything stays spotless. Every evening, the staff prepares the rooms and beds, adding a thoughtful touch to the experience. The service was outstanding, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful—especially my butler, Nhi. She was incredibly attentive, keeping me informed about activities and always being available when needed. Her warmth and dedication truly made my stay special, and she even assisted me with planning the next part of my journey. The retreat itself is the perfect place to unwind, surrounded by nature and located right by a serene lake. The atmosphere is incredibly peaceful and harmonious. There are numerous activities to enjoy, and one of the highlights was our morning breathwork session by the lake—an absolutely magical experience. In addition to its activities, the retreat features an excellent spa with a variety of treatments and expert consultations. I had an incredibly relaxing massage, which added to the overall sense of tranquility. Another unique aspect of the retreat is its organic garden, where they grow all their own vegetables. It’s truly impressive! The property is massive, with a large garden where traditional games and afternoon tea take place, adding even more charm to the experience. Overall, An Lam Retreats is a dream destination for relaxation, nature, and outstanding hospitality. I highly recommend it!

We had a business trip to the A Lam Resort. The level of comfort was beyond our expectations. Having one’s own private butler was quite an experience. Mine was named Tan and he was so helpful and attentive. The staff are extraordinarily friendly. The spa is top notch. The gym facilities are better than most hotels. The location is stunning beside the river and we didn’t see a single mosquito all week. The mosquito control methods used are clearly very effective. The food was so delicious. We felt truly indulged. Yet this was a very good value trip. I would recommend this resort very highly. A word of advice, make your journey smoother by booking their seamless airport transfer service. All in all, this was a wonderful experience and I will be back but next time as a leisure tourist!

This resort is absolutely amazing! Everything about our stay was wonderful - from the pick-up in Saigon center to the welcome drink to the superb pool villa, gorgeous sunset views, dinner at the restaurant and breakfast buffet to the drop-off at Saigon airport. We only had one night left in Saigon and I'm so glad we chose to spend it here. We'd give it 6 stars if we could! Thank you so much for your hospitality and a terrific stay after the end of our cruise!

If you want to enjoy the iconic but rather hectic city of Ho Chi Minh, but stay on a resort basis surrounded by tranquility and lush vegetation just outside of its rather polluted centre, this is the perfect hotel for you. Situated only half an hour from the airport by taxi, and providing a free speedboat guest shuttle service down the Saigon river into the heart of the city, running multiple times a day taking 20 minutes, the hotel has it all covered. Rooms are modern and very Five Star in nature. We stayed in one of the hotel's pool villas immediately adjacent to the gentle trickle of the Saigon river. The room was huge and felt like sheer luxury. The hotel’s restaurant, also adjacent to the Saigon river, is outstanding. Whilst its menu doesn’t boast a shopping list-length choice of Vietnamese cuisine, the hotel's food (both Vietnamese and non-Vietnamese) nevertheless scores a comfortable 10 out of 10, featuring bespoke and delicious dishes. The breakfast buffet was as good as it gets too. Overall, staff hospitality couldn’t have been more welcoming and proactive. No problem, large or small, was too much trouble for them.
