Everything was spectacular. The spa is a must try. I highly recommend it. Room was always clean and the shower was awesome. A bidet would have been nice. The restaurant was top notch. Everything was delicious. Especially the baklava. Thank you

We stayed in this hotel for an event and have mixed reviews. While the food and general space is great, there were a lot of inconsistencies in service that make it hard to consider this a luxury/5 star hotel. We found broken glass under the bed at check in and had our 2 young daughters with us, which was concerning. The fitness center had unusual hours and they were unwilling to adjust the schedule to meet the needs of our group, including a 10am open time on the weekends. Any general request included a fee or upcharge. We would not rebook this same hotel in future travel to the area.

Hotel is very clean and nice , excellent breakfast clean rooms , good Spa but you have to pay 60 euros to enter the SPA When you check in they charge your credit cards 250 Euro for additional expenses you may use . When you check out and you did not use additional expenses, the refuse to gave you the money cash and they promise you to send back the money to your cards , you will wait long to get it back with my case it is now 3 weeks and still waiting , send many e-Mail and calls which is not normal action for 5 stars hotel

I had such a beautiful experience! Will definitely come back! Relaxing, good food, overall amazing service! Also experienced the spa treatments, the pool, it was very relaxing. My brother enjoyed it as well. We will come back with the whole family!

Oh how I loved thee, Divani Apollon! The diva indeed of the Athenian Rivera. In your heady days of membership of the Leading Hotels of the World, it was always a delight to stay with you. As a LHW member, there were always treats in the room - bottles of wine, fresh fruit and a welcome card from the hotel manager. No longer. In those days, an upgrade meant a better room, always looking out to sea over the pools. Now, an upgrade means a room road-side above the entrance. In your heyday, rooms were spotless. Now, dead bugs on the floor when I arrived were still there when I left. Coffee stains on the floor were not cleaned up. The carpets in the corridors needed vacuuming. In the golden era, evening turndown meant a tidy up, curtains drawn, lights softly on, replenished water and toiletries, a chocolate on the pillow. Now, evening turn down gets missed and when it happens, means only the bare basics. You used to excel with your staff, who were constantly alert to guests needs. Now, there is marked deterioration; at check in, cases are left at the other end of the reception desk for the guests themselves to take to their room; waiting staff in your cafes are nowhere to be seen, guests have to seek them out, and have to ask for coffee 2 times at breakfast. Your clientele used to be classy, and you wanted to stay at a hotel with them. Now, one’s poolside peace and night time rest is disrupted by unhindered noisy family groups with no respect for other guests. In the good old days, it was not required to go through airport level security every time you came in and out, because you valued individuals over corporate events. Now you are just another hotel on the conference circuit, run for people who will stay with you for 3 nights but will not return. Lady Diva, it is time to recognize your glory is faded. Your fifth star is badly tarnished. Allow me to solve your identity crisis, and urge you to forget long standing guests such as me, and focus only on your conference business. Accept you are deserving of only four stars as you are fooling no-one that you are still a top notch hotel. This loyal supporter is loyal no longer, and you will not see me again.
