pleasant stay, except for the extremely loud onsite construction work
My family was put in a unit that was on the other side of a major construction project onsite. The cutting work vibrated through the walls and was extremely loud, making it impossible to relax in our own living room and bedrooms, giving us all headaches, and interrupting my toddler's naps. It continued on and off for several hours over several days and affected half of our trip. I first complained about the problem to the property manager on Nov. 11, but it took until Nov. 13 before she offered to put us in a different room. By that time the cutting work had been completed. It had an extremely negative impact on half of our stay. After all, one goes to Hawaii to relax -- not be driven crazy by construction noise inside the comforts of their own private space. Other than that experience, our stay was pleasant and the staff were very nice and hospitable.

Perfection!
Phenomenal stay at this special place - everything you would want to have for convenience and comfort without the cheesy, crowded resort feel! The accommodation was perfect for our extended family and the pools were quiet and gorgeous! Recommend to all!

Amazing Stay at Wailea Beach Villas Penthouse 205J
My wife and I stayed at Wailea Beach Villas to celebrate our anniversary, and it was truly unforgettable. Our penthouse, 205J, was incredible—spacious, with breathtaking views, and felt like a home away from home. The atmosphere on the property was quiet and peaceful, providing the perfect oasis. The staff was exceptional—special thanks to Raymond, Anthony, and Reece for their kindness. The location couldn't be better, with plenty of restaurants, a grocery store, and shopping just a 5-minute walk away. The beach was stunning, and the adults-only pool near the beach added to the tranquility. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a luxury escape!

You won’t regret it!
This resort has covered every detail! Your trip will be amazing and you won’t have to worry about a thing! Chair and towels at the beach or pool, sunscreen and water always available! The housekeeping worked around my son’s nap schedule! We had the best time!

Amazing Villa!
The Villa we rented was incredible! Amazing views of the ocean and great for sunrise and sunsets. Nice and quiet yet close enough to the beach so you can go whenever you feel. Would absolutely stay here again. The amenities included were great. Lisa the GM here helped create a very personal experience for my family and concierge helped us book whatever we wanted. Top notch service!
