Hotel Bristol, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Warsaw

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Bristol hotel in downtown Warsaw. The entire experience was perfect. I especially enjoyed my time at the spa. The spa staff was courteous, professional and helpful. We cannot thank the Bristol enough for making our birthday celebration truly special!

Beautiful hotel, right next door to the Presidential Palace. Excellent service. Lovely room. Turndown service is spot on. The location is walking distance to the old town. The breakfast buffet is extensive. Highly recommend. Travelling in the off season, the rates are very reasonable.

Who knew a hotel could feel like a warm hug from an old friend? The staff here treated me like family, complete with inside jokes by day two. The lobby's quirky art collection became my morning coffee companion, and don't get me started on the cloud-like beds. I think I slept better here than I do at home! P.S. Try the pancakes – they're life-changing.

From the moment you arrive at the property you will be taken care of. The location is great to walk to Old Town, to the tomb of the unknown soldier or through the park. Our jr. suite was lovely and the added touch of wine in our room was appreciated after a long day of travel. The hotel common area is in need of a decor update but I am sure they will get around to that soon. The cafe on the corner has delicious food and service is great. Everything about this hotel is wonderful.

Everything is really top notch. The hotel itself is beautifully restored and very elegant. The staff is friendly, cheerful and accommodating. We enjoyed our breakfast buffet and the smiling kind wait staff. Our room was so comfortable! I loved the thick towels, comfortable bedding and the lovely bathroom. To top it off, the location is perfect. You can walk nearly anywhere and Warsaw is so safe and clean that we were able to walk to and from restaurant and museums. Highly recommend!
