All the last positive reviews that I read are true. We stayed for seven nights and we really enjoyed our stay. We drove up from the Netherlands, there is parking right in front of the hotel or in a closed of area nearby. The hotel is indeed nice, spacious luxurious rooms, bath room lobby and restaurant. We had the luck that the weather was really good, 27 degrees tops, those days the air-condition was not able keeping the room comfortable. Rooms have all double glassed windows and double window frames. AC was serviced so we were told but it did not improve (feedback would have been good) Opening the windows solved the issue as temperature drops at night. Though a bit of help in that exercise would have been good. Many hotels nowadays, windows do not open anymore and also in this room it looked like they were locked. Bath room has a bath tub, mind your step, as this is quiet an exercise, handles are there for your safety. The breakfast is fantastic, sorry we did not try other meals as we did our 10-15km daily walks in and around Warsaw, what a beautiful city. Try a cycling tour just around the corner, even knowing 3hrs, more listening than cycling, really interesting. Sorry for you all, you have to wait a full year, before it is Easter again. We were pleasantly woken up by a choir singing songs in the church that is nearby, so nice. Madam Cury is nearby the hotel, walk towards your left, she is overlooking the Vistula River.

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and it was a truly wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff were exceptionally warm and helpful, creating a welcoming atmosphere that made me feel at home right away. The hotel itself is elegant yet comfortable, with a unique charm that invites you to relax and unwind. The breakfast was outstanding – fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented – a perfect start to the day. I also took advantage of the spa, which was peaceful and restorative, ideal for recharging both body and mind. I’ve already shared my positive experience on social media and travel platforms – this hotel absolutely deserves the recognition. I’m looking forward to my next visit to Warsaw and will definitely stay here again!

A jewel of a hotel in a stunning historic location, a cute little pool and sizeable rooms. It is a dreamy building. The breakfast is extra good. The evening bar service is lacking, the clientele seems mixed with tacky tourists at times. The rooms are big, clean and well appointed. The pool and sauna cute, the gym machine could be expanded.

We stayed here for 4 nights back in August. The location of the hotel is excellent. Right next to the Old Town but on a quieter street. Plenty of bars, restaurants and shops around. The lobby is beautiful and there is a lot of cute details around the hotel to look out for. The room we stayed in was quite dark and dated in comparison. It was a good size - the bathroom in particular was HUGE but just felt dark and gloomy. I would have expected a smart tv in a 5 star hotel but this one was quite old. The staff were all friendly and helpful. We had booked a twin and were given a double but they sorted it out for us immediately and gave us a bottle of Prosecco for waiting. In general, it’s a nice hotel and I would stay here again. I was just expecting the room to be nicer.

The hotel on a quiet, narrow street has a quaint, boutique, and royal feel to it. The rooms are spotless, well appointed (including nice shower amenities, slippers, and a shoe horn along with free coffee, tea, and bottled water). The staff is fluent in English. Fluent. Not passable English. Fluent. I opted for the free breakfast, which may have affected my rate. I don’t know. The lox, Italian cold cuts, wide array of cheese, and hot foods offerings were great. The hit for me is the make your own juice juicer. About a $20 Uber ride from Chopin airport and within walking distance of some attractions, the overall value and comfort I received was superior.
