More than 160 years since its 19th-century heyday, Hotel Europejski as Raffles Europejski Warsaw takes its place once again at the heart of Poland’s proud capital city. It’s a hotel full of stories. A building with soul. A place that has stayed in hearts and memories, even as the shape and fortunes of the city around it have changed. The feeling is welcoming and intimate – a real home from home. Service is personal and thoughtful, with care in every detail. Here every guest feels understood, valued and connected, both to the hotel and the city. References to Warsaw echo throughout the interior, celebrating the building, its history and its place in the world.

We stayed 4 nights in a Raffles Room with royal Street view.First of all let us thank the WHOLE team of this hotel.Especially the reception team was kind, prompt and professional.Special Thanks to Monika Uchal for her kindness! We really appreciated it.The room was clean and of the size a suite.2 sinks in the bathroom ,great.Wooden floor, very quiet.Thank you.The whole hotel is still very new(2019) and well managed. We had lunch as well as dinner during our whole stay due to the perfect location of the hotel.Everything seems quite near.Kind Staff in the restaurant as well as the lobby bar where you can taste homemade pastries as well as delicious ice cream. The whole lobby was one of a kind due to its christmas decoration in gold.We loved it!Special thanks also to the girl that did show us the whole Spa as well as its indoorpool.Greatings to her.Special thanks also to the doormen and porters.Great smile and charming behaviour.People who want to spend a little bit more of their money have direct access to a boutique gallery with renowned brands. Housekeeping was polite but a little bit lost in room maintenance .May be we just had the wrong staff at these days.We will come back next summer to revisit Warsaw at summerseason. We had a lovely one night's stay at the Raffles Europeski Warsaw. The Deluxe Room was luxurious, with a spacious bathroom and a delightful bed. Our only complaint was that the TV was to the side of, rather than facing, the bed. The building itself is an architectural spectacle. The service was very attentive and warm, while the food and drink was generally delightful.

First of all I have to say there is not much to complain about and this truly is a luxury hotel, very likely the best in Poland. It’s the perfect spot for relaxing, wellness, good food and celebrating special occasions. First I was about to give a 4 star rating because there were some issues during my stay, but then I changed my mind, as it wouldn’t be fair. Beside the small issues which I list below, I find this really is a great place. There are not many hotel rooms where I can feel so comfortable and apparently „at home“. In this kind of room and hotel you even don’t feel the need to leave it, because all you need is here. The things that could be improved in my opinion, are the following: 1. It was not possible to connect my Macbook to the TV, a basic thing which I would expect to work well in a property like this. In addition to that, the TV also had a sound problem which couldn’t be solved. Other streaming options also didn’t worked. 2. The wellness area has no adult only times. So you never know when the families go and then it’s impossible to relax. The Raffles hotel should, in my opinion, take example of other luxury hotels (great example is London) where there are only limited times for families. Wellness and noise simply doesn’t work together well. It would be great to have at least 1-2 hours in the morning and/or evening, for adults only. 3. Here and there I couldn’t reach the reception / butler by the phone. The respond to my e-mail transfer request arrived late. 4. On the second day I found out, there is a doorbell to my room as one would expect it in that kind of place, and so I wondered, why the hotel employees are not using it every time and are always knocking at the door? The location close to Warsaw’s old town is great. Still the street in front of the hotel does not have much traffic. If you are overlooking the courtyard, it’s even quieter. The proximity to the park is a big plus, it is good for a stroll or running. Especially in the summer months it’s a beautiful place which I know well from my previous visits to the capital. There are many families in the hotel, whereas at other hotels in Warsaw, I noticed more business guests. I am a repeating guest of the Radisson Collection hotel in the Grzybowska street, which I still really like for several reasons. The interior of the room in Raffles hotel is tasteful, with high quality furnishings. The room has also a good size. The beds are very comfortable and huge. My bathroom was so spacious, I don’t think I ever had such a large bathroom anywhere, though every room has a little bit different layout. My wishes regarding the room configuration were all considered. In the bathroom there was not only one, but two large windows which both could be opened. The in-room dining is of high quality, like you rarely find it elsewhere in Poland. Food presentation was always faultless. The choice in the menu isn’t big when I compare with other hotels (London). The ordered dishes varied from excellent to sometimes "only" good. The staff is professional, some of them very attentive - especially, the team at reception. Laundry service works super efficient (some items less than 2 hours) and the in-room dining orders are delivered very quickly (20 - 30 minutes and less). Room cleaning worked so well, I even forgot they were there (never met the cleaning person). The Long bar is the perfect place to spend some time and enjoy a good drink or even to do some work with your laptop. On Sunday, there was live music (piano) playing in the bar during the day, what I found a great idea. But of course, it does not have the charm of the original bar in Singapore. The legendary cocktail was good, but nothing special! In Singapore, it’s not only the taste of the drink, they serve it in a special glass. In Warsaw, they should overthink they way they serve it. This stay was the perfect end of my trip here in Warsaw... I will return to this hotel, for sure. In summer months.

Great location in the center of Warsaw. Rooms are spacious, clean and well furnished. Bathrooms are beautiful with stand alone showers and a separate baths; clean and bathroom amenities are plentiful. Rooms are stocked with an iron and ironing board. Breakfast included a small buffet of pastries, fruit and vegetables, cheeses and a la carte made to order items and everything was fresh and delicious. The patio outside is a nice touch but be aware that smoking is allowed. Wonderful staff from front desk to restaurant to housekeeping - everyone is very professional, helpful and accommodating. This will be our favorite hotel to stay when back in Warsaw.
