Reviews for Raffles Europejski Warsaw

A wonderful stay

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 weeks ago

Great location in the center of Warsaw. Rooms are spacious, clean and well furnished. Bathrooms are beautiful with stand alone showers and a separate baths; clean and bathroom amenities are plentiful. Rooms are stocked with an iron and ironing board. Breakfast included a small buffet of pastries, fruit and vegetables, cheeses and a la carte made to order items and everything was fresh and delicious. The patio outside is a nice touch but be aware that smoking is allowed. Wonderful staff from front desk to restaurant to housekeeping - everyone is very professional, helpful and accommodating. This will be our favorite hotel to stay when back in Warsaw.

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at

I absolutely fell in love with this hotel and its staff! From the moment we arrived, everyone—especially the bellman and the reception team—showed us genuine hospitality, care, and warmth. I was in a hurry looking for a hair salon for a wash and blow dry, and they arranged an appointment for me immediately! The breakfast was delicious, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. My husband and I are definitely planning to return to this hotel when we’re in Warsaw.

An Exquisite Blend of History and Luxury

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 month ago

Raffles Europejski Warsaw stands as a beacon of refined elegance in the heart of Poland’s capital. This remarkable hotel seamlessly combines the rich history of its 19th-century origins with the unparalleled luxury and sophistication that the Raffles brand is renowned for. From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped in an ambiance that is both grand and welcoming, promising an unforgettable experience. Located on the prestigious Royal Route, Raffles Europejski Warsaw offers a prime location that puts the city’s most iconic landmarks right at your doorstep. Whether you’re taking a leisurely stroll to the Old Town or admiring the Presidential Palace, the hotel’s location is perfect for both exploring and immersing yourself in the cultural richness of Warsaw. The rooms at Raffles Europejski Warsaw are nothing short of spectacular. Having stayed in two different executives suites, it’s safe to say each room is a masterpiece of design, blending timeless elegance with modern comforts. The plush beds, luxurious linens, and well-appointed furnishings create a sanctuary of relaxation. The marble bathrooms are spacious and feature premium amenities, providing a spa-like experience that is simply rejuvenating after a day of exploration. Dining at Raffles Europejski Warsaw is an experience to savor. The Europejski Grill offers a menu that masterfully fuses traditional Polish flavors with contemporary European cuisine. The dishes are crafted with the finest ingredients, and the presentation is impeccable. The hotel’s patisserie is a haven for those with a sweet tooth, offering artisanal pastries that are both beautiful and delicious. The Long Bar, with its extensive selection of cocktails, is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere. The consistency with which they mixed my dirty vodka martini’s was exacting, without any discernible difference in taste from glass to glass. Absolutely perfect every time. The service at Raffles Europejski Warsaw is truly outstanding. The staff is warm, attentive, and dedicated to ensuring that every aspect of our stay was perfect. From the moment we checked in, we were treated like royalty, with every need anticipated and catered to with grace and efficiency. A special mention for Jacob and Boźena in the Europejski Grill restaurant who epitomised the exceptional and outstanding service that Raffles has come to be renowned for. They were very attentive and accommodating when it came to my wife’s allergies and went above and beyond at breakfast and lunch to make our meal times exceptional. Boźena even took our kids to the hotel patisserie for ice cream allowing us to steal 5 minutes to ourselves to finish our drinks. These touches go above and beyond and simply add to the exceptional experience for both children and adults alike. The staff are a credit to the brand. Raffles Europejski Warsaw is more than just a hotel—it is a destination in itself. The combination of historic grandeur, luxurious accommodations, exquisite dining, and impeccable service makes this hotel an unparalleled choice. A stay at Raffles Europejski Warsaw is not just a visit to Warsaw; it’s an immersion into a world of elegance and refinement that has left my family with memories we will fondly treasure for a lifetime.

Excellent

As a returning guest we used our 2 Suite Night Upgrade in this wonderful hotel. We stayed in a Heritage Suite and it was a unique experience. Warmly welcomed by the extreme friendly and helpful staff we enjoyed our time in this very clean and beautiful designed suite. Everything was perfect beside a little disturbing thing: The light in the wonderful designed living room was only dimmable in two steps, so the mirror covered TV had a lot of reflections, which resulted in the fact that you had to watch TV in a dark room. An improvement of the light system would be fine. The breakfast was fantastic and we definitely will try to come back in this very unique hotel.

Excellent overall!

We really enjoyed our time at Raffles in Warsaw. Location is perfect, close to old town and still little away from the crowds. Breakfast, staff, spa and pool are just amazing. We did not use any spa treatment services but accessed it for sauna and steam. Hotel is close to many restaurants that offer great local cuisine with great flavors. There is construction happening right outside the hotel which on week days starts early in the morning and woke us up on couple of days. We would consider staying here again on our future trips.
