Overall a great hotel experience. Staff was amazing and service was top notch throughout our stay. Food and service at the hotel restaurant were also great. We stayed in a Studio Suite (but didn't get an upgrade through Amex Fine Hotels +Resorts OR Hilton Honors Gold). Room was good but on the smaller side for a suite and did not have a bath tub. Note that his hotel doesn't have a spa, which you really feel duiring the half of the year when the pool and rooftop are closed. Probably better to stay here during the summer to take advantage of those amenities. Hotel location was ideal as you are walking distance from Chinatown as well as the National Mall.

We arrived around 10 p.m. After leaving the car with the valet (yes, expensive, but we knew it ahead of time), we checked in with a friendly front desk. As a Diamond member, we were upgraded to a King Corner Room. View was amazing, wrap around windows of downtown, including the Capitol. We were hungry so we went up to the bar for a late night bite. The menu was limited but the food was excellent (and it came out quickly). The salad was a standout. The curtains didn’t close the whole way, which was a negative and let too much light in in the morning, along with the fact that the towels were sort of thin. Nothing else to complain about. The room has a Nespresso, which I love. Starbucks is also across the street from the hotel. There are also other close by stores and restaurants. The hotel gym is nice, including some Pelotons. Overall, a nice stay.

Very enjoyable stay at this modern stylish quality hotel which is well located. Room comfortable, clean, spacious and light, good service, and proactive management. Very good breakfast, lovely rooftop bar when the weather is good, and nice downstairs bar too. Some internal noise travels upwards from the atrium.

I would like to commend one of your Bellmen, Jeremy for his extraordinary assistance in helping my wife Carolyn secure transportation home after midnight following an event Saturday night. He helped her secure a ride with Uber and stayed with her at the designated pick up point until the driver arrived. A complete gentleman.

I haven’t even stayed here and yet after speaking with the front desk I am convinced this hotel deserves 1 star as given by a few Diamond members. I am a Diamond member and was going to stay tomorrow, October 20’24, night but not after reading the reviews and speaking with a front desk staff at the hotel. Staff seems to be way too arrogant!
