I recently stayed at the Conrad Washington, DC, and it was a 5-star experience! The service was top-notch, thanks to Crystal at the front desk, Julee the Concierge, and Alejandra in guest relations - they were all amazing! They called me by name and went above and beyond to make my stay special. When I had a slight issue with my room, they quickly changed it for me. I also tried the robot massage, and it was DELIGHTFUL! Great pressure, wonderful experience. Highly recommend this hotel!

Had an amazing weekend in our capital city, celebrating birthdays with my wife. We booked at the Conrad Washington DC, with its prime New York Ave location steps from the Walter E. Washington Convention Center and part of the glitzy Center City shopping and dining quarter. Plans included dining on Pennsylvania Ave (The Occidental) and a show (Washington National Opera/Kennedy Center), both easy access from the heart of downtown. But our plans could just as well have been a quiet getaway at this oasis in the city. The sleek, reflective exterior and calming, sophisticated interior gives order to the hotel's public spaces, while the spacious room -- off the interior atrium -- carried through on the contemporary theme. Urban views included a festively illuminated park on the avenue below. Thoughtful room amenities included plenty of soft towels in a gleaming bath, an impeccable duvet on a satisfyingly firm mattress with a well-timed turn-down service, and the convenience of a Nespresso machine and ample snacks and mini bar. In the morning, we made a casual stroll and elevator descent to the Estuary restaurant, located on the same level as the registration and concierge desks (as well as the fitness area). Restaurant staff warmly greeted us, explained the locally sourced and specialty menu items and otherwise provided excellent service. On both days, the door and valet staff welcomed us and sent us off with utmost courtesy. Ultimately, our hotel stay was a calming and restorative experience to mark another trip around the sun. We will be looking for more reasons to come back to the Conrad DC!

The Conrad DC provided us with a lovely little getaway: we were close to all the attractions we wanted to visit this trip, and it was exciting to arrive to all the holiday decor going up! Richard and Kayla and Oscar from the front desk all treated us royally and enhanced our experience with sweet treats and platinum level service. Utilizing our Amex FHR benefits, we had incredible value for both the room and our in-hotel dinner and breakfast for two. The service we received at Estuary from waitstaff Eugene, Nato, and many others was beyond exceptional! We were able to relax and fully enjoy our delicious meals, giving us the break we were aiming for with this weekend jaunt. Our room had a few minor cleanliness issues (water in ice bucket, bath mat on floor, hair in sink and closet, and glass surfaces not wiped down) but nothing extreme enough to warrant complaining, however, I would advocate for some managerial oversight with housekeeping to make sure this isn’t a common occurrence. The Conrad DC offers beautiful accommodations, a fantastic restaurant & bar, as well as extraordinary, personalized service to all!

Valet parking stole items from my car and nobody knew anything about it. The bad part is it wasn't worthy enough to file a police report, but at the same time I've not heard a word back from security that anybody has been held accountable. They charge $80 for overnight parking only to ram sack your car and steal the change and couple dollars out of it and a pair of old dirty work shoes

Just returned from a wonderfully relaxing stay at the Conrad Washington, D.C., and this hotel did not disappoint. We stayed in a gorgeous King Suite that offered plenty of storage space, a cozy sitting area, fully stocked mini bar with clear pricing, and a comfortable bed. The bathroom was spacious and beautiful too. We were celebrating a special occasion, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and start our weekend off perfectly. Every team member we encountered, no matter their position or time of day, greeted us with warmth and genuine hospitality. The hotel itself is gorgeous- modern, elegant, and inviting. We enjoyed drinks one evening at The Summit Bar on the roof, which was such a fun experience with beautiful nighttime views of the city. For breakfast, we dined at Estuary each morning. The food was good, though a bit overpriced ($8 for toast and $26 for an omelet feels steep), but fortunately, our breakfasts were already covered by our Hilton status. The location was ideal- almost everything we wanted to do was within walking distance or a short drive away. And for anyone who enjoys a good workout while traveling, the fitness center here is excellent, stocked with bottled water, and fresh fruit. All in all, we had a fantastic stay and would absolutely return.
