The Dupont Circle

I am always extremely excited to leave great review for establishments that go above and beyond for their guest. After attending a concert with my husband on Valentine's Day, we arrived at the Dupont Circle Hotel to extend our night of fun! We arrived at the hotel and was immediately greeted by the staff. Although the bar area was fully booked and crowded, we were able to still receive amazing service within the hotel lounge area. The bar Manager Dwight personally came out to accommodate us and make sure we had our drinks and food. The timing in which we ordered our drinks and food and the time in which we received it was outstanding. Dwight not only provided prompt service, but he also continued to regularly check on us and provide detailed follow up on when we would receive our drinks and food. After receiving such great service in the lobby, we entered our suite, and it was completely breath taking. The Director Cortez truly raised the bar in his customer service and his attentiveness with making sure we had a 5-star experience. The suite was immaculate, and the view was so beautiful. Cortez provided every detailed request and check on us throughout our entire stay. My husband and I are from the area and also travel to other places as well. The Dupont Circle hotel is definitely at the list of hotels that we will continue to visit. The staff exceeded our expectation and the service from Cortez and Dwight was outstanding.

Our time at The Dupont Circle on Valentines Day was exceptional. The atmosphere was pleasant. A special shout out to the Director Cortez Winston and Bar Manager Dwight who were professional and awesome customer service. They were incredibly friendly and helpful. Bar Manager suggested the expresso martini, it was #1 in our book. The service was amazing. Director Cortez Winston went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and satisfied. The bar and restaurant was well- maintained and chicken sandwich with fries were amazing. Thank you again for the exceptional hospitality. We will definitely return to get the amazing experience. The #1 hotel in the Washington Metropolitan area.. keep up the great work.

I rarely submit reviews, but the exceptional service provided by Bar Manager Dwight and Director Cortez Winston compels me to share my experience. My wife and I attended a Valentine's Day concert at The Kennedy Center and, upon arriving in Dupont Circle, decided to enjoy after the concert drinks. The bar was crowded, so we sat in the lobby where Bar Manager Dwight promptly and efficiently served us, regularly checking on our needs and even introducing me to new favorite drinks. I also had the pleasure of meeting Director Cortez Winston, who warmly engaged us in conversation, sharing local insights and speaking highly of his staff—a commendable trait rarely observed in a director.Mr. Cortez graciously upgraded our accommodations to a ninth-floor suite, which offered breathtaking city views. This was, without exception, the most exceptional hotel experience I have ever had. The exceptional service provided by Mr. Cortez and Mr. Dwight exceeded expectations, creating a truly memorable stay. Even the following day, we continued to discuss the outstanding hospitality we received. I extend my sincere gratitude for their attentiveness and for making us feel valued and welcome.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our stay at The Dupont Circle Hotel was absolutely perfect, and a huge part of that was thanks to Carroline! From the moment we arrived, she made us feel so special and welcomed. We mentioned that we were newly engaged, and to our surprise, she upgraded our room to help us celebrate! Her kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made our experience unforgettable. It’s rare to come across someone who truly loves what they do, and Carroline is a shining example of that. Thank you for making our trip so memorable—we will definitely be back!

We have stayed at many hotels in the DC area, and we keep returning to Hotel DuPont Circle based on location, service, and cleanliness. The rooms are decently sized and well appointed. Bathrooms are large and clean. Breakfast is lovely. The location is very convenient to shops, nightlife and the metro.
