Good location within few minutes walking distance to Capitol Hill. After visiting the Hill, four of us, family with two kids, rented two E-Scooters and conveniently make our way around National Mall. Uber is also inexpensive, around U$10–$15 back to the hotel.

I have yet to stay as my trip is coming up and was reaching out to the hotel about helping me plan for my autistic son who cant sleep with anyone i was hoping to get a roll out bed and before i could even start my sentence the "hotel operator" who did not give a name cut me off told me it was against code and ended the call. she did not care to find a way to assist if a infant is brought with only 4 including the infant no crib can be used? I was just looking into options different room whatever she did not care to assist. I truly hope this is not a reflection of how our stay is going to go as our family is looking forward to the experience and part of customer service is active listening empathy and compassion which this individual had none of. IF it wasnt 2 days prior to the trip i would of canceled based off her treatment of others. I truly hope we are not met with such distain in person.
