Trip to Washington
My recent trip to Washington and staying at The Washington Intercontinental Wharf Hotel was a delightful experience from start to finish. Of course the location being on the wharf was such fun. The hotel itself was immaculately kept, the restaurant was very attractive and the food was quite tasty. .All of the staff were most accommodating and friendly. The concierge, Benjamin, was a jewel. He was very polite, charming, and went out of his way to be helpful. He is a definite plus for the hotel! I will definitely recommend the hotel to friends and will look forward to another stay here.

Great staff, location and bathroom!
Sapin and Alice at the restaurant were so friendly and helpful. The weekend buffet had a great selection of foods! I loved the soaking bathtub and Byredo products in the bathroom. Baraki at the door was super friendly and helpful. He was able to give great directions and greeted me with a smile. The hotel is in a great location. I would stay here again. No complaints!

Loved it
Totally exceeded my expectations. We went down to DC for the Army/Navy football game and randomly picked this hotel. The facilities are well-maintained, the waterfront has lots of activity and energy, and valet parking was very easy and accessible. Beyond that, the staff was unbelievably proactive and very nice. I would recommend this place without hesitation.

Superior customer service
I had a misfortune of needing a tie at the last minute. A store was too far away but Benjamin, the Concierge, literally took his tie off and provided it to me. Benjamin provided a level a selfless dedication that I have not experienced in quite some time. Safa's memory recall is fantastic. She provided professional and courteous service, all with a genuine smile on her face. I will stay here again. Thank you for your professionalism.

Selburn & Jordan Best Employees At Establishment!
My best moments of my experience were with two people, one during breakfast and one during the check in process. Shout out to Selburn & Jordan. 100000/10 customer service for both!! I would say to the attention to detail, the kindness approach and lastly the top notch quality of service. All together, Selburn & Jordan are exemplary!
