The Normandy Hotel

I would recommend the Normandy Hotel due to the atmosphere but especially and more importantly from the wonderful customer service from Frank, Brianna, Tai, and Joy! Such a lovely, peaceful spot. Charming rooms and lobby with a very helpful and polite staff! Breakfast was delicious and a great value. With French music playing as you walk in, you are transported to luxury and tranquility. Just what I needed. I will definitely be back!

I have stayed here annually for the last few years while attending a nearby conference and will continue to do so. It's a small, boutique hotel with friendly staff and a great location on the edge of a quiet, safe neighborhood full of embassies and diplomatic residences. Rooms are cozy and well appointed, and Adams Morgan and Dupont Circle are both within walking distance.

I've stayed here 4-5 times over the past 10 years and it's my go to for conferences at the Washington Hilton. It's a short 4 minute walk. The hotel is a boutique style with great decor, attention to detail and service. They also have a great breakfast and wine and cheese hour.

We stayed here for a business trip and the hotel was conveniently located close to all monuments. The staff was top notch & made our stay a superb experience. I’d like to thank in particular Xiomara, Briana, Frank, Taiwo, Olu, Maria & Anisa. The rooms are clean, larger than shown in the hotel photos and they were quiet to sleep in during our stay. The street was safe enough to walk our dog at night. All guests whom we talked to were equally satisfied as we were, regardless of their age. We’d recommend this hotel no matter what your visit might be.
