The Normandy Hotel

I have stayed here annually for the last few years while attending a nearby conference and will continue to do so. It's a small, boutique hotel with friendly staff and a great location on the edge of a quiet, safe neighborhood full of embassies and diplomatic residences. Rooms are cozy and well appointed, and Adams Morgan and Dupont Circle are both within walking distance.

I've stayed here 4-5 times over the past 10 years and it's my go to for conferences at the Washington Hilton. It's a short 4 minute walk. The hotel is a boutique style with great decor, attention to detail and service. They also have a great breakfast and wine and cheese hour.

We stayed here for a business trip and the hotel was conveniently located close to all monuments. The staff was top notch & made our stay a superb experience. I’d like to thank in particular Xiomara, Briana, Frank, Taiwo, Olu, Maria & Anisa. The rooms are clean, larger than shown in the hotel photos and they were quiet to sleep in during our stay. The street was safe enough to walk our dog at night. All guests whom we talked to were equally satisfied as we were, regardless of their age. We’d recommend this hotel no matter what your visit might be.

This place was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I walked in, the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I could ask for. The location was perfect, too – close to everything but still quiet and relaxing. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch hotel experience!

Cosy and warm hotel, very attentive welcome, spacious and well-equipped room for 2 people. Very comfortable lounge, the tea and coffee available were very pleasant when we returned from our visit on a very cold day. The "wine&cheese" happy hour also comforted us and the wine was delicious. Despite the elevator breakdown, which could not be repaired during the weekend, we have excellent memories of our stay at the Normandy.
