Pendry Washington DC - The Wharf

Beautiful hotel in a perfect location on the wharf. Highly recommend a corner room with harbor view! Excellent location to walk or take the free shuttle to the National Mall. Going back to this hotel after a busy day of sightseeing felt like a sanctuary. Many restaurant options to dine nearby every evening!

This hotel provides a wonderfully memorable experience! My husband and I stayed four nights to visit museums and enjoy great food of DC. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, we received exceptional service. We were upgraded to a corner view room and were amazed by the floor to ceiling windows which provided a beautiful view of the river. Before we arrived, we received an email from the concierge Madison asking why we were visiting. After replying, she provided excellent recommendations. Nick at the front desk was so kind. He remembered some things I shared with Madison in my email (including that we enjoyed staying at the Pendry in Chicago last fall). He assured us we would receive exceptional treatment as we did in Chicago. And, he delivered on that promise! Jordon, the bartender extraordinaire, remembered what we like to drink each evening after serving us only once. Everyone at the hotel made this a memorable experience. We plan to return in August to celebrate our anniversary.

Convenient for business and to multiple Wharf district dining opportunities, great fitness center and -- most importantly -- outstanding staff assistance from arrival to departure. I've stayed here multiple times and it's been the the same quality experience each time.

You will not be disappointed lodging at Pendry! The staff truly made you feel welcomed by greeting you with a smile and by name. If there was something you needed, they would make it happen. The rooms were very spacious and beautifully designed. If you appreciate a good rooftop/outdoor bar and haven't been to Moonraker yet, I would highly encourage a visit. The views are spectacular!

Amazing stay! If I could give 10 Stars, I would. This is a lifestyle brand with luxury service. Imagine you are staying at a Kimpton with amazing design and a warm welcoming feeling with the guest service levels of a 5 - Star, Four Seasons or Ritz Carlton without the stuffiness. They anticipate every detail and need that a guest would have. I brought my 18 month daughter and she needed a pack and play. They provided a beautiful crib, a stuffed animal, a bodywash/lotion set, bottle warmer and diaper genie. They didn't know I left her shampoo at home, but they anticipated it and brought it to the room anyways. The view is amazing, the beds are incredible and the food and beverage outstanding. I cannot wait to come back!
