Exceptional stay in Georgetown!

I wasn’t sure what to expect based on pictures alone, but our stay at this hotel was exceptional. Beautiful hotel lobby, beautifully appointed, comfortable and quiet rooms. Yet you can walk right out of the hotel and be on the bustling streets of Georgetown. The staff was equally exceptional- bellmen, wait staff and attendants. It was my daughter’s birthday and we were traveling alone. They had placed us in a first floor room but upon learning we were traveling alone they moved us to the 5th floor with a beautiful view. They also treated my daughter to birthday dessert after returning from an evening of shopping. Thoughtful staff, beautiful hotel and rooms in a quiet location within walking distance of everything in Georgetown. We will stay again!

Great location

Great location. Rooms were on lower ground floor. Breakfast was average. Good valet service. Rooms and bathrooms could use an uplift. Great Diptyque toiletries. Expensive for what you get, but as it was the first time for us in DC, we wanted to stay in Georgetown. Walking distance from coffee sjops, restaurants and retail

Wow!!!!

I’ve never been to a hotel where the hospitality and customer services were higher than the sky itself! I was greeted at the door, brought up to the room, and a lovely maid came in every three hours to see if I like the towels to be replaced. I told them that I was good for the rest of the week, but she came back with a water bottle with chocolates. Such a sweetie! I really enjoyed the customer service and the attention that we have received at the hotel. I was able to walk around in the neighborhood and meet some of my friends. The bed was amazing, I loved the bath, and the toiletries that came with the room. There is no question that I am coming back, believe it or not

Staff was impeccable. So kind and accommodating. I forgot my toiletries… they couldn’t help enough. Rain? Gave me an umbrella. Smiles and kindness with beautiful surroundings. Thank you for the peace and quiet, with patience. God Bless you and your staff.
