The Ritz-Carlton, Pentagon City

We loved being on the Club Floor! I would have never expected to experience the warmth and welcoming except I know the Ritz Carlton is known for exceptional service. The marble bathroom is well stocked and clean as a whistle. Even has a bidet seat! What really has us as big new fans of this property is the Club amenities. The food program is exceptional. Be prepared to be happily served!

The Ritz-Carlton Pentagon City is one of our favorite Ritz-Carlton hotels in the Washington, DC/Virginia area, since it is connected directly to the train station and a mall area. It is one of these hotels where you can easily explore DC without issues. We stayed here for three nights in the club level. The 18th floor is relatively peaceful, and the level of service provided is unbelievable. I want to recognize Mulu, Tyisha, and Ryan for their hard work and dedication to the brand. They were working back-to-back, most of the day, to assist the needs of every guest. All of them were more than attentive to our family. They went above and beyond to make sure that we were all treated nicely, and all our needs were met. Special thanks to Sonia who always works extra hard and connects at a deeper level with guests, making them feel extra special and at home. The people who work in this hotel truly make the brand unforgettable. I would certainly recommend booking a club-level room (if possible, a suite) so you can enjoy it on a special occasion. I will certainly come back soon.

First time staying at this property while visiting family. Check in was great! Fast and friendly. Room was average at best. Refrigerator/microwave setup not what expected for a RitZ Carlton. 2x4 holding the bed frame together and a broken mirror in the bathroom. See pictures. I booked this thru marriot bonboy with a free night certificate so for free , not complaining. Would be mad if I paid Ritz Carlton prices. They should do better.

We went for high tea at the Ritz at Pentagon City and it was so lovely! We had a small child with us and they had a small teddy bear for her and a fabulous tea just for her and adult tea for the rest of us. The staff was so friendly and helpful and the food and tea were delicious. We will go back!

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at The Ritz at Pentagon City. From the time the doorman came and open our car door we were greeted with warmth and joy. The front desk is top notch in customer service. I called the front desk about celebrating my wife and I 1st-anniversary and let me tell you that they went above and beyond to make sure our visit was top tier. From the room, flowers, champagne, food and drinks at Sante we were served with professionalism and hospitality. I want to make sure I give recognition to front desk team Carmella and Anita. They were superb.
