My friends and I booked for a girls weekend. We truly enjoyed our stay The staff was friendly and accommodating, especially Robyn at rhw feonr desk. She and her counterparts made our girls weekend stay special. Our room was spacious, modern and clean.

If you enjoy being treated like royalty, the Royal Sonesta lives up to its name. I had an extraordinary experience from the time I arrived until I reluctantly had to conclude my visit. Friendly staff that goes above and beyond met every need and added special touches that were greatly appreciated. Bistro du Jour was not only ultra convenient, but delicious with great ambiance and service. Comfort and cleanliness get high marks, and convenience to everything in DC made for the best visit we could have hoped for. Highly recommended.

The Royal Sonesta D.C. Capitol Hill is amazing on every level. Convenient to the Capitol and to Union Station, sure. Excellent amenities, you bet. Clean, quiet rooms, soft pillows and warm showers, of course. But what makes this hotel special - from someone who has traveled the world - is the amazingly exceptional customer service! From the cleaning staff to the front desk, from the valet to senior management, customer care was next-level. Sales team is available and accommodating. Reservations are easy, as are the rare short-notice cancellations. The attached restaurant wait staff and hosts are also amazing. I haven't yet visited other Sonesta properties, but if they even approximate the Royal Sonesta Capitol Hill's customer care, they will have my endorsement.

This property is my favorite property in DC. The property itself is beautiful and has such a great vibe to it. Add to that the fantastic restaurant/bar, it has me coming back time and time again. The staff at the front desk is so fabulous and Beryl, Front Office Manager, always is wonderful.

The best hospitality I’ve had in a long time.
The rooms were very clean and spacious. The bed was so comfortable the best sleep I’ve had in a while. The hospitality was amazing for my entire stay. The restaurant food was so delicious. I just loved it definitely my number one when I visit Washington D.C again.
