Bathroom toilet was not working properly had to go to lobby to use bathroom. Sold out no other rooms. 2 night stay and they only wanted to comp destination fees and valet —not happy and told them and they didn’t seem to care. Talked to others in hotel that had tub water problems as well. Will not recommend or return.

The location is good, but almost everything else is average or worse. No hand soap in the bathroom is crazy! We got only one robe for a double room (why even put one?), there was no way to request a room cleaning after 11 (nothing you could leave on the door to signal it), room service was prohibitively expensive (a forced gratuity plus a service fee on top), but worst of all was the process of purchasing a movie to watch. Be mindful that they don't have smart TVs, so you are forced to buy programming from their own service... which I attempted to do, unsuccessfully. The TV wouldn't let me, directing me to call front desk. I called front desk and was rotated between 3 different people who had no idea what to do, and even went as far as saying: "I don't think you can buy movies." It was kind of laughable. The bed was comfortable though! Spend your money elsewhere.

So my daughter and I went for memorial/museum trip. I booked the spa suite because they had no 2 beds available. So I took the sofa couch. Worst couch I’ve been on ever, even just as a couch it sucked. Large wet spot by sofa when we checked it and remotes don’t work well, they take work. Also this is a spa suite, but spa doesn’t work. The portion doors are partially broken so don’t close all the way. Over than that and the front staff lack of personality the overall place was clean. Pool sucks, getting your valet car a little slow.. also no good bars/restaurants to walk to. Plan on driving or Ubering. There are wonderful restaurants near by.

Raheem was very professional, classy and made some great cocktails! Must try! Excellent service! Had a great experience here on a Saturday night and enjoyed the chill ambiance and the bartender expertise. Showed my friends and I a great new drink that I'll definitely be ordering in the future.

I booked this hotel for my work. I write this review because of their hospitality. I arranged three rooms. Mr. Hung at the front desk helped me a lot. I didn’t know what’s to do but he was one who helped me with patients. The hospitality was great. It was so nice and clean.
