Conference Stay
Stayed at the hotel for a conference. The location was good for walking. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was comfortable (king bed room), small refrigerator was a plus and TV was big. Nice bar to grab a cocktail. Cons- the shower only had the 1/2 glass and I personally hate those because no matter how careful you are the water splashes out. In addition, my room (while on the 8th floor) faced the street in front of the hotel and there was a pretty steady flow of emergency vehicle noise due to a hospital down the street.

Great location, individual style, helpful staff
Stayed on business but would happily revisit with family. The staff in general are polite but standout assistance was provided by Cindy and Kassim who were very helpful, patient and professional in resolving an issue with my original room. Restaurant food in the evening was a pan Asian Mexican mix. Very enjoyable

Quiet Stay
This room was very comfortable and quiet. I had a courtyard-facing room, next to the elevators. I never heard the elevator and no noise in the hallway. The shower setup is a bit funky, but workable. I also enjoyed the refillable water bottles.

Not bad for the price
This hotel is a mixed bag. On the plus side it has a place to store your bags and valet parking can be included. The hotel has several amenities on property including a coffeehouse, restaurant, and salon. The rooms are in the European style, but bigger. On the other hand, the chiller (not a refrigerator) didn’t work, the hairdryer only blew cold air on every setting, and the glass for the open shower was about six inches too short, making the bathroom sort of a wet bath. Also, while I enjoy a rain shower head, it needs to be coupled with a handheld or regular shower head to get all the soap off. But, for the price and location, I would stay here again.

Mid-Range larger hotel with a boutique feel
Comfortable and well appointed room. Bed was the right firmness, pillows were lovely and the room was spotless. Staff were universally helpful and friendly. Being able to borrow a record player and vinyls was a nice touch. I'll definitely stay again
