Abdol was an outstanding server. Never made us wait and took care of us. He went above and beyond. We can’t wait to come back!

I thoroughly enjoyed the hotel and dining experience onsite. The food was tasty and the service was superb. Abdul stood out as wonderfully pleasant and remembered me joyfully, which made me feel quite welcomed. I’d definitely return. A great stay for a great value and great service.

I really like this hotel to escape into the city, easily accessible by metro a few blocks away. The added destination fee gets confusing as it has and has not been charged on various trips. I usually score an upgrade due to status. I’ve had many dinners in the lady Madison and had the pleasure of have Abdul be my server. Very friendly and accommodating fellow. I look for him when I dine in.

Had fantastic service at the hotel restaurant. Came for a holiday weekend with my wife and Abdul at Lady Madison made sure that she had a memorable night.

Room was ok, street noise was too loud. There is also a hidden $30 fee per night, which caught me off guard. The restaurant was good though and reasonably priced. Abdul provided great service.
