The hotel is well-situated in southwest Washington DC. Although traffic was horrible, we did make our way to the hotel using GPS. The hotel room was well-appointed and very clean. Two item to note: (1) The shower floor is polished marble which is very slippery during a shower, and (2) I found the bath towels to be very abrasive. They need to be upgraded.

Having stayed in DC well over hundred times over the last three decades and always staying in the core at four and five star hotels, on this visit it was not Business, but a family occasion, and I purposely wanted to stay away from the core, and having never been in the wharf district I decided to give this hotel a try. My wife and I really enjoyed the views, our room, but what most impressed me was the staff, everyone was outstanding from the doorman, those who attended the bar on the 12th floor, and reception staff, I really did not feel like I was in Washington DC, which made the hotel, a true wonderful oasis, while a little off the beaten path into DC proper, it’s a quick Uber drive to wherever, my only complaint was the toilet, at 6 foot and 220 pounds, navigating the door to closure was a challenge and also getting out of the toilet with that door was an interesting endeavor, unfortunately, I don’t think anything can be done to correct it, and I will suspect that due to the architecture of this building, there is some variance in-layout of the rooms, irrespective all other positive considerations will bring me back

Great room. Nice bed. The views were unbelievable. It’s an excellent hotel from beginning to end. Dinner and breakfast were excellent. Well located for leisure walks in the wharf and plenty of great restaurants nearby. Arena stage across the street!

Pendry surprises and delights. We were Hurricane Helene refugees without water and spent werk at lovely Pendry hotel on the Wharf. Great location, lovely staff. Room was quiet, very comfy beds, lovely bathroom. Excellent housekeeping too. We were upgraded to 1 bedroom suite and we're so happy to have the space for this amount of time. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Really great hotel. Part of the Wharf, but on the quieter end. Rooftop views from Moonraker are sensational, especially in the morning and afternoon when you can see clear down the Potomac. Pool area is lovely, especially with shrubbery and plantings. Hot tub felt great on a cool morning. The rooms themselves are high end, but have some quirky, fun design elements that lend a unique feel. Special thanks to Aleck and Isadora for making our stay special!
