From the moment I walked in Jirae was an absolute resource for everything from valet parking to informing me of the amenities. My stay was enhanced by the stellar hospitality and attention to detail of the housekeeping and room service. I will definitely stay again when I’m in Washington DC.

Our Pendry DC experience was very good. The hotel is well appointed, in a fantastic location. I had one mishap, a security person Ms. Friday put my luggage in the wrong room, it took 45 minutes to find it. She had my wife and i very nervous. Luckily no one went into my bags. When questioned she was very vague in her explanation, showing a lack of genuine concern! Luckily Mr. Alexc on duty went to work, and found my bags! He was very polite, and extremely apologetic. Kudos to Mr. Alexc!

Did not feel like a 5 star hotel experience , regretfully. TV remote and antenna in our room were not working. All the channels were scrambled. No coffee mugs were found in the room. Breakfast service upstairs was not just slow, it was painfully slow. Only one server was present and she was burdened . She could not possibly service the amount of guests that were present for breakfast by herself. We requested a room upgrade . Our room was supposedly upgraded but it was small and dark and strangely configured, didn’t feel like an upgrade at all. Hotel was not full at the time, fyi.

I don’t write many reviews, but felt that I had to go out of my way to let the world know about how wonderful my stay was at the Pendry. I travel quite a bit for work and this was one of the best DC hotels I’ve stayed at in some time. Rooms are perfect and well equipped. Staff is so gracious. Valet parking was easy. But, nothing matches the experience I had at the spa. During my travels, I try to hop into a spa as much as I possibly can. On a whim, I booked the massage the night before - 90 min Pendry massage with Titus. It was the best massage I’ve ever had in my life. Even if you don’t stay at the Pendry, just go see Titus. I will be booking my dc travel around his availability from now on. You won’t be sorry you stayed at the Pendry!!

My daughter and her new husband stayed here . They were married in the Norwegian embassy and I had arranged a celebration cake and bouquet of balloons to be ready in their room on their wedding day. I was assured after 5 phone calls and multiple emails that it would be delivered as ordered with a congratulatory note… it didn’t… they finally sent up a sad small lime ( a day late) dessert ( not resembling chocolate celebration cake ) with no note. I called again and they said they now apparently don’t make chocolate cake anymore.. forgot the note.. they didn’t contact me beforehand to try and arrange something else.. they didn’t charge me but the moment had passed and I couldn’t send them a surprise on their actual wedding day ever again. Extremely frustrating, sad , and disappointing . Something is very messed up with their services. Pic attached to understand my disappointment.
