I asked for a toothbrush and it never arrived. Two bottled water that was supposed to be given to me in the first place included in the destination fee never appeared. I talked to the front desk. He said he will send it up. But nothing at all. I filled a service request in the app, for a toothbrush and water. No response at all. And the deposit had not been refunded as of now. The front desk also had minimal communication with me, he just charged my card an amount without telling me what the payment consisted of. This is soo disappointing. The front desk is far from friendly. Very cold and dry attitude.

Small room, small bed, no place to unpack, no place to sit and conduct work. Coffee is either from a single serve in room or you have to purchase at their attached overpriced restaurant. Plumbing has issues. Every time you turn the hot waster on, the pipes in the wall hammered. Good location and close to the metro. Valet was good but costs $60 a day.

Valet was amazing so kind and helpful Would definitely come back for another visit. Can’t complain they made very comfortable made me feel like I was home. Make sure you tip your valet. Their positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile for customers is appreciated.

Wonderful hotel and beautiful room- 2 blocks away from Nationals Park and around the corner from scenic riverfront boardwalk - only complaint was pricey valet parking and no one to help unload/load the car- otherwise a really great one night stay !
