Great resort amenities and people working at Saddlebrook. If you are a fan of tennis, golf or swimming along with relaxing and vacation cocktails this is your place. Kyle in the golf shop is the best and Winnie / Leah at the pool really took care of us all. Ready to go back for some sun!

The resort is just awesome in every way possible!! From best service to comfortable rooms !! And the golf cars available at all times to drive us around! It was just one big awesome experience and I’d love to come back sometimes soon!! Thank you!!

There were 8 of us on a golf vacation. Although the courses were getting ready for renovations the conditions were not great. However, the course layouts were outstanding. Challenging, playable, and comfortable for our group of handicaps from 12-25. Accommodations were good. Great condos for 4 golfers. Some updating on one our groups condo was needed but overall comfortable and all we needed. The pro-shop staff was attentive and bent over backwards to accommodate our needs. The staff at Saddlebrook from check-in to valets, bell personnel etc. were wonderful, professional and met all of our groups needs. Only giving 4-stars due to course conditions but I'm sure the rating will go up to 5 when golf renovations are complete. Looking forward to a return visit when course renovations are completed.

Disappointing Experience – In Desperate Need of Improvement Our recent stay at Saddlebrook Resort was far from what we expected. While the check-in process itself was relatively smooth, the check-in staff was noticeably unwelcoming—borderline rude, which immediately set a negative tone for the visit. That said, I do want to acknowledge the valet staff, who were timely, friendly, and seemed to be doing their best to make guests feel taken care of. They were a bright spot in an otherwise disappointing experience, and their efforts did not go unnoticed. One of the most frustrating aspects was the inconvenient transportation system. Having to rely on a shuttle just to access our vehicle and move from our room to the administration building was inefficient and frustrating. The room and overall accommodations were extremely disappointing. The space felt outdated, neglected, and in serious need of a renovation. What was advertised and what we experienced were two very different things. The most shocking moment came when I tried to get some ice. The condition of the room housing the ice machine and laundry machines was absolutely appalling. The ice machine itself looked like it hadn’t worked in years, and the surrounding area was filthy—honestly resembling conditions you’d expect in a neglected facility, not a resort. It was genuinely concerning and unacceptable. This resort has potential, but the facilities' current state is unacceptable. I hope management takes these issues seriously and makes the necessary improvements, because right now, it’s simply not worth the visit, and felt ripped off.

Dated, old, very disappointed. Rooms were terrible. Stains on carpet, ripped couch, nothing in kitchen to accommodate guests. TVs didn’t work, you can hear everything outside so don’t get a room near the pool or golf carts or pickleball courts because you will be woken up very early. Staff is very inconsiderate with needs. We arrived and valet was full so they told us we needed to self park and walk a mile with our luggage or try and catch the tram back. Keep in mind this was with luggage, family and groceries. Stains all over carpet in the room. Absolutely disgusting.
