Saddlebrook Resort Tampa

This property has Valet parking only and no parking available near units. Car was covered with dirt when received for departure. Unit furnishings, carpet and lighting need updating. There was a large crack in the bedroom mirror, which should have been reported and replaced prior to assigning the unit again. re Toilets and sinks need to be elevated. At check in front desk staff ignored request for an accessible room. Staff was pleasant. There are plenty of stores, restaurants, and a Publix nearby.

I understand that Saddlebrook might have been a place to stay while on vacation, but that’s not the impression I got during my visit. The furniture was dirty, falling apart and outdated. The fridge didn’t work, the rug/carpet in the living room had a hole in it. The bed was squeaky, the sink in the bathroom was clogged. The appliances in the kitchen had rust buildup. I did take pictures and showed them to the front desk staff member. It was so unpleasant that the only reason why we didn’t check out that same night is because we couldn’t find another one bedroom suite available in the area that night. I will not come back, nor will I recommend Saddlebrook unless there’s a major renovation and improvement.

Beautiful resort BUT grounds were dirty, restaurant windows dirty, hostess wouldn’t eat outside, one pool not heated. Golf good. Dirty chairs at the pool Tennis court lights did not work Staff was generally good Would come again only if it is updated

Jake and Aaron were the best valet service I could ask for the service was spectacular and very polite and nice they were super helpful. All around I would give it a ten out of ten. Best part of my experience wasn’t the way I play but the customer service at pick up tbh!

My time at Saddlebrook resort was the best I’ve ever had. Aaron Jake were great to chat with inThe valet area. Golf course was in heat condition. We had a group of three and played all 27 holes. Great pace of play. Highly recommended as a top tier experience.
