The valet crew at Saddlebrook Resort specifically Angel, Matt, Jake and Aaron were super friendly, kind, and brought our vehicle to us extremely fast. They were personable and kept us laughing while we waited. We will definitely be back!!

Don't stay here. I booked my stay to play 2-18 hole golf courses of which one was an Arnold Palmer Signature course. When I got there they had tore up that course and had 3-9 hole courses. Courses were goat farms. Everything you did cost a premium and when I checked out they charged me a "resort fee" which was not included in the room. And the room was 2 steps above a Motel 6. Save your money.

The property is outdated and the valet situation is a nightmare. They were losing people's keys and vehicles. I was sent to go get my own vehicle a couple of times due to how backed up they were. There is absolutely no order or efficiency there. There are hidden resort and valet fees that aren't apparent when you book. Definitely not worth the money. It may have been nice in the 90s, but hasn't been updated since. Stay away!

Everything was outdated and dirty. I booked through the 7th because I needed to leave on the 6th at 7Pm. Upon checkout I was charged an extra night for leaving early. I will never go back and would not recommened this place to anyone.

The room was super dirty. The walls were stained. The carpet was dirty. The furniture was dated and broken. The couch was slumpy. Looked like the decorated out of a garbage can. The refridegrator was dingy teh shower old and nasty.
