We had an amazing time at the Sarah Stivers show tonight in the Atrium and Library. Her performance was the highlight of our weekend! It was refreshing to see such a talented artist who could connect with the audience so effortlessly. We loved her storytelling and the way she brought her songs to life. We found ourselves genuinely engaged and having a blast throughout the show The setting in the Atrium and Library was perfect for this kind of performance. It felt intimate, allowing us to fully appreciate Sarah's talent. We appreciate the effort French Lick West Baden puts into hosting these events, making our visit even more special. We would love to see Sarah back for another performance in the future. Thank you for a fantastic evening!

My wife and I visited West Baden Springs for the second time this year and once again it did not disappoint. The historical ambience is truly refreshing in todays world of tech and constant contact. The shops, food and casino were all amazing. We will definitely be back in the future.

My wife and I drove our convertible through beautiful southern Indiana from our home in western Kentucky. We arrived to a palatial venue with all the amenities…. horseback riding, clay shooting, casino, delicious food and smiles everywhere. That’s our first visit to French Lick at this beautiful hotel, but we’ll be back.

I've always loved the West Baden Springs Hotel! My mom, sister, and aunts visited to view the hotel's restoration process before it was even complete in 2007. My husband and I have been back many times since for day visits with our dog, who is always warmly welcomed. Knowing how much I liked the hotel, when I retired, my work place graciously gave me a gift certificate to stay there. We recently used the gift certificate for an overnight stay and had a great time (with our dog)! As we were nearly home to Indianapolis, I realized I had left my family heirloom (grandmother's) wedding ring in our hotel room. My heart sank, but I quickly called and was able to speak with Sarah in housekeeping, who said she would check the room immediately and get back with me. I was so relieved when she called back and said it was right where I had left it. She offered to carefully package it and that the hotel would mail it to me via FedEx. Angie and Roger at the concierge desk were also so patient and helpful to get it sent off. I received it today and am happily wearing it as I write this review. Thank you for going above and beyond to get my wedding ring back to me! As I said, I've always loved this hotel but now it is even more special after the care that was shown to me.
