Forgotten heirloom safely returned!
I've always loved the West Baden Springs Hotel! My mom, sister, and aunts visited to view the hotel's restoration process before it was even complete in 2007. My husband and I have been back many times since for day visits with our dog, who is always warmly welcomed. Knowing how much I liked the hotel, when I retired, my work place graciously gave me a gift certificate to stay there. We recently used the gift certificate for an overnight stay and had a great time (with our dog)! As we were nearly home to Indianapolis, I realized I had left my family heirloom (grandmother's) wedding ring in our hotel room. My heart sank, but I quickly called and was able to speak with Sarah in housekeeping, who said she would check the room immediately and get back with me. I was so relieved when she called back and said it was right where I had left it. She offered to carefully package it and that the hotel would mail it to me via FedEx. Angie and Roger at the concierge desk were also so patient and helpful to get it sent off. I received it today and am happily wearing it as I write this review. Thank you for going above and beyond to get my wedding ring back to me! As I said, I've always loved this hotel but now it is even more special after the care that was shown to me.

A very nice getaway relaxing and fun
West Baden springs Hotel The room was beautiful balcony overlooking the atrium they were decorating for Christmas. Staff very professional and helpful. A Swedish massage is a must at the French lick srings hotel shuttle bus avalible to take you anywhere in town also to casino

Worth the stay.
West Baden is NICE. Lots of history to this beautifully restored hotel. Unique is another good description. Rooms are spacious & very comfortable. You can take a carriage ride, ride the shuttle, swim, enjoy the healing baths, or go on a hike. Two restaurants on site & very good food.

Awsome 100th birthday celebration!!!
It was my Mom's 100th birthday celebration. Beginning with complementary flowers and a snow globe music box in our room upon arrival, but daily the staff graciously cared for us and went out of their way to help celebrate her birthday. Daily massages left Mom feeling renewed. The carriage ride and driver were great. This whole week was an extraordinary experience. West Baden Springs Hotel is the best. Thank you.

Fantastic
The entire staff was wonderful, from the desk ladies, house keeping, trolly drivers and restaurant staff, all were fantastic. It was our first time staying at West Baden and because of the wonderful service we will go back. The ice cream shop was amazing as well. Everyone was so nice!
