Andaz West Hollywood

The hotel added extra charges to my bill, and each time I spoke to the front desk, I was assured they would be removed. At checkout, they confirmed the charges would be addressed before finalizing, but I later discovered I was still charged for items I didn’t authorize. When I contacted them over the phone, the staff was unhelpful and dismissive. Additionally, the breakfast service was poor at best.

Amazing stay. The property is beautiful and I had a great view. They did charge for better views, but it was worth it. Great location and friendly staff. I do wish the front desk were more knowledgeable about the area but they were still very helpful and kind. The pool deck is very pretty and has a great view of WeHo. The food was very good and I ordered a lot! I will definitely come back. :)

The Andaz Hotel in West Hollywood is an absolute gem, with its exceptional staff, stunning lobby, vibrant bar, and comfortable rooms. But the highlight of our stay was the rooftop pool, which was a perfect spot to soak up the morning sun and enjoy a refreshing swim.

The room was lovely with a great view of the Sunset Strip. All of the staff from the check-in, valet and restaurant were welcoming and efficient. We loved the bed and the pillows were fabulous! We were celebrating our daughter's birthday and the location was perfect as we attended a show at the Comedy Store which is steps away from the hotel!

My recent stay at the Andaz West Hollywood was very pleasing. The hotel's modern and stylish design, combined with its prime location, made for an unforgettable experience. My room was really nice and comfortable. I loved having a Bluetooth speaker to play music while I enjoyed the view of West Hollywood. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The hotel's amenities, such as the rooftop pool and bar, were top-notch and offered breathtaking views of the city. One thing to note is that the rooftop bar closes around 9 PM, which might be earlier than some people expect. Overall, the Andaz West Hollywood is a great place to stay.
